“Dorian was very professional. My original date to have a quote to check for termites was scheduled for Monday, after calling on Friday. Dorian text me and ask if coming the next day on Saturday would work better for me. Because I had been stressing about the possibility of having a termite infestation after taking pictures and asking about what the holes could be from, I was so happy that he could come the next day. He arrived at the time he said he would be here and was very pleasant from the beginning. He looked at the area I was most concerned about and then inspected the rest of the house and told us everything he saw or his thoughts on what was happening. I was happy to hear that there weren’t any termites but possibly a woodpecker making the holes in the wood, because there were no signs of termites. He even answered questions about other services we may want in the future. I would recommend Dorian as an inspector and would also ask for him again if I ever needed services again. We didn’t have to pay for the inspection, makes me know that I will call if I need any additional services.”

“Contacted Orkin for a mice issue. Christopher was able to come out the same day. He set traps, bait boxes, etc and did a good home search, explained process to move forward and recommenced having Dexter come out to do a full home search. Dexter came out the next day, did a thorough home search, including attic, and was able to locate the entry points as gaps in the siding. Explained options to have these areas sealed. Had orkin shield installed on entire exterior. This was also another positive experience. Installers walked me through how they sealed under the siding and explained the process. All 3 employees that came to my home were professional, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Very good experience and would have no hesitation recommending this Orkin branch to others.”

“On their website, Orkin advertises that you can get a quote by text, which sounded like a great option to not have to sit on the phone for 30 minutes to get a quote. So, I filled out the form with all my info and a rep contacted me via text. She was clearly switching back and forth between customers as she kept "putting me on hold" and it took over an hour via text to get pricing. Then she tells me she can't even email me the quote. What a terrible customer experience...”
