“We switched to Orkin after having a company that could not keep up with the demand and coverage space for our needs for our warehouse. We had a sales manager reach out to us and was out within 2 days to access the property and to advise the needs for what we needed. They were prompt, honest and very helpful! Highly recommend, no issues and they email all invoices and service notes.”

“Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!! We have struggled with German cockroaches for over a year now and have been paying a monthly fee for service. When we finally consulted another exterminator (Do or Die) he discovered that Orkin was not even activating the roach growth inhibitors after placing them. Do or Die also told us that we only need to do a 1 time intense service including flushing out the kitchen cabinets. No matter how many times I begged Orkin they only ever lightly sprayed around the kitchen and did not solve our problem. Likely so that we would continue to pay monthly. Horrible.”

“Called yesterday (Thursday) due to a wasp infection in my home... told them I was not sure if there was a nest/where it would be, but my fireplace could be a possibility. But again, I wasn't sure. They let me book a free inspection and said someone would be over today (Friday) between 10am-12pm. I called them this morning to confirm and was immediately put on hold. They told me that no one was coming today because they don't handle fireplaces... I told them this would have been good to know before making an appointment with them, but again, I didn't actually know if it was in the fireplace. All I wanted at this point was to identify where they were coming from regardless if they could remove it or not... the wasps could have been in the vents, anywhere else, not just the fireplace! She tells me OK, but no one can come out today. I asked why when I literally had an appointment and called out of work to be able to accommodate them coming over... she said they canceled my appointment the night before. So my appointment was preemptively canceled...? because they "don't do fireplaces, walls, or anything inside..." according to the woman on the phone. I want to emphasize that it was not confirmed ever on my end that the wasps were coming from my fireplace area, it was an idea that I threw around when I made the appointment that THEY ALLOWED me to make... now all of a sudden no one's available and they don't do indoors? What type of pest company tells you they "don't do indoors..."? The woman kept speaking over me and interrupting me when I tried to explain why I was upset. She then said they don't do apartments either... so why was I even allowed to book in the first place? She also claimed I would have been called this morning by them to explain the cancellation, but I doubt it. Thank goodness I called. I have wasps flying around my apartment so it's nice that I waited on a company that can't tell their right foot from their left. I could have spent this time booking with someone else or being visited as I write this.”

BEST MOSQUITO, YARD PESTS SERVICE IN SOUTH CAROLINA. ANDREA PRATER IS THE BEST. SHE IS A JOY TO DEAL WITH AND CAN CONSTRUCT A PLAN THAT IS AFFORDABLE AND THOROUGH. THESE DARN CACADI’S ARE DRIVING US CRAZ Y, MIGHT NOT KILL THEM BUT SLOWS THEM DOWN. WE HAD

A TYPE OF WASP THAT DOES NOT STING, BUT WAS KILLING OUR TREES. THEY LAY EGGS, LITTLE WORMS HATCH OUT BY THE THOUSANDS AND THEN

THE TREE DIES FROM THE LARVAE. THEY ELIMINATED THEM LAST YEAR AND JUST SIGNED UP FOR THE SUMMER AGAIN. FEELS GREAT TO SIT ON THE DECK AND NOT BE EATEN BY WORMS AND MOSQUITO’S. SUC H A GOOD C OMPANY AND NO CONTRACTS UNLESS YOU WANT ONE. GREAT PEOPLE

We have thoroughly pleased with the service Tyler has given us over the summer. I love to spend most of my time outdoors from spring through fall. I felt comfortable stay out in the evenings and after dark know that my outdoor areas were free of mosquitoes! I also like that fact that if Im not home when he comes to service, I know exactly what he did and how things are looking.

Two techs were here today. Great job and they were careful to treat toward our property only, so none to little was over-sprayed into the neighboring property.

The poor guys were approached by our neighbor anyway.

So sorry to them! They were very careful. I was

out when they began and saw their care for the details.

They don’t really show up or actually do anything

We are typically no on the property they are suppose to be treating. We do have security cameras to keep and eye on things when we are not there. They send an. Email saying they are coming to treat the property and then never show up or stay in the truck once they confirm no one is at home. They then send a follow up email saying they have completed the job. I would never do business with this company ever. They can not be trusted to do their job. We have used them for several years but this year they have failed miserably and do not respond to our concerns.

Employees at the service center at Suite H Austell are terrible tenants.

Tru-Green employees constantly block parking places, block entrance and egress into the parking lot, park in handicap spots without a handicap tag. Total disregard of other tenants in the complex.
