“Starting out, I paid an obnoxious $248 ‘initial charge’ just to have someone out to my house for 15-20 minutes every OTHER month. At first my contract was for $103 a month, but after some negotiation (because the person that started my account added a mosquito treatment that I never asked for) , got it down to $55 a month. Which is better, but they only come every OTHER month. Then, I pay my balance on November 25th, and then receive an email on December 8th to be told I owe DOUBLE the amount that my bill usually is. Not even 2 weeks after I already paid. Then I try to speak with them on the phone and am told the same thing for days and days and days which is, “your balance is for your treatment on the 18th” but I paid on the 25th. And then I get told, oh yeah that’s weird, I’ll have a manager call you And then he leaves me a voicemail while im at work and guess what he says. “Your balance is for your treatment on the 18th” which is what I’ve been told 20 times. And tried to call again today, just for them to say the same. Thing. I’ve paid them almost $400 in three months and they still think I owe more. For a regular home and the most basic plan they have. Just wish I could get a manager on the phone! Edit: just saw on google where they have complaints of “aggressive upselling” but mine wasn’t even aggressive, I didn’t even know about it! (Talking about the mosquito treatment I had that I never asked or talked about) also, mention issues with communication that I’ve definitely had. I’ve been trying to get a manger on the phone for over a week. Honestly just paying my balance and ending the account at this point because im over the stress and it’s Christmas time, so 100% do not recommend.”

Horrible Service - Terminix Armonk

I was a customer for three years and recently canceled my service contract with Terminix. This location covers the Bronx, NY, and Westchester County. However, Bronx residents’ homes often receive poor service. The team is unreliable and cannot handle more complex pest control needs. They prefer the basic spray-and-go service. When asked to assist with issues like removing hornets, they are limited in what they can do and often respond negatively. Additionally, they struggle to retain staff long-term, making it hard to have a technician familiar with your property. Customer service is also lacking, and both the affiliate and Terminix call centers do not communicate effectively, which often makes coordinating services confusing for the customer.

BEST MOSQUITO, YARD PESTS SERVICE IN SOUTH CAROLINA. ANDREA PRATER IS THE BEST. SHE IS A JOY TO DEAL WITH AND CAN CONSTRUCT A PLAN THAT IS AFFORDABLE AND THOROUGH. THESE DARN CACADI’S ARE DRIVING US CRAZ Y, MIGHT NOT KILL THEM BUT SLOWS THEM DOWN. WE HAD

A TYPE OF WASP THAT DOES NOT STING, BUT WAS KILLING OUR TREES. THEY LAY EGGS, LITTLE WORMS HATCH OUT BY THE THOUSANDS AND THEN

THE TREE DIES FROM THE LARVAE. THEY ELIMINATED THEM LAST YEAR AND JUST SIGNED UP FOR THE SUMMER AGAIN. FEELS GREAT TO SIT ON THE DECK AND NOT BE EATEN BY WORMS AND MOSQUITO’S. SUC H A GOOD C OMPANY AND NO CONTRACTS UNLESS YOU WANT ONE. GREAT PEOPLE

We have thoroughly pleased with the service Tyler has given us over the summer. I love to spend most of my time outdoors from spring through fall. I felt comfortable stay out in the evenings and after dark know that my outdoor areas were free of mosquitoes! I also like that fact that if Im not home when he comes to service, I know exactly what he did and how things are looking.

Two techs were here today. Great job and they were careful to treat toward our property only, so none to little was over-sprayed into the neighboring property.

The poor guys were approached by our neighbor anyway.
