“I called on 4/13 due to seeing a mouse in my laundry room. An inspector was able to come out later that week to inspect the house and find problem areas to be fixed. I was impressed that they were available to quickly. I was given a quote, agreed to the service and a date was set for the service to be completed. The service was scheduled for 4/27. When the technicians came out, there had been some miscommunication about the amount of work that needed done so they would need to return to complete the job. Despite them saying the job was not finished, they marked it complete and billed my account. I received a call the next morning saying that they could come Thursday (4/30) to compete and I agreed. Thursday came and went and I did not receive any sort of communication and no one showed up to complete my service. I had reached out to 2 people to ask for an update and did not hear back. I called again the next morning at about 8:30 and was told the manager I needed to speak with was in a meeting and he would call me back. I did not receive a call back. I had to call AGAIN and finally at 3pm I was able to speak with someone and get ANOTHER date scheduled for my service to be completed (5/5). The morning of 5/5 I received a call saying they had no one available to complete my service. After conversation with the manager, he was able to come out and clean and sanitize the inside of my house where the mice had been so I could at least put my house back together (unsure why this wasn’t done the first time since they had the supplies and cleaned up other areas). I was told he would reach out to me later that day to confirm a time to finish the rest of the service. I did not hear anything back and had to reach out to him myself this morning. This has been a very frustrating experience and would not recommend this company.”
