“The guy the sent to my house was completely inept, I explained my situation to 3 people, let them know they would need to bring a ladder to access my attic, I was informed by 2 of the people that "our guys carry ladders on their trucks" cool. Nope dude didn't have a ladder, showed up when I wasn't home. Told me my 15 year old could take care of it, and didn't do anything. We live In an older house and have acquired a rodent problem, told I was pretty sure they were living in the attic since it's the only place in the house we don't use and we rarely saw them. Dude puts out bait houses in the basement and calls it done. A week later I call them to let them know whatever they've done has just stirred the rodents up because now we're seeing them everywhere. Dude comes back out when no one is home after being informed no one is home and does nothing. Comes back out at 9 am on Saturday morning with a ladder this time, pokes his head in my attic says "there's no way they can live up there" comes back down and says "I don't know what you want me to do" so he puts more bait boxes out in my basement. Now I've gotten a text yesterday saying they were coming out today, I called and explained to them their guy wasn't doing anything and I didn't want him to come out I was told that they can't cancel an appointment within 24 hours, cool but I didn't know about it before 24 hours in advance soooo I'm thinking that's on you. Told them no one would be home, and was told that he would do the outside and come back the next day to treat the inside. Ok but I just told you I don't need your services anymore. "Well, we still have to do this treatment" ok why? "Well it's in your contract" ok so basically you want me to pay you to do nothing and also pay someone else to take care of the problem you're supposed to be dealing with. So is there a way to leave 0 stars?”

We have thoroughly pleased with the service Tyler has given us over the summer. I love to spend most of my time outdoors from spring through fall. I felt comfortable stay out in the evenings and after dark know that my outdoor areas were free of mosquitoes! I also like that fact that if Im not home when he comes to service, I know exactly what he did and how things are looking.

Two techs were here today. Great job and they were careful to treat toward our property only, so none to little was over-sprayed into the neighboring property.

The poor guys were approached by our neighbor anyway.

So sorry to them! They were very careful. I was

out when they began and saw their care for the details.

They don’t really show up or actually do anything

We are typically no on the property they are suppose to be treating. We do have security cameras to keep and eye on things when we are not there. They send an. Email saying they are coming to treat the property and then never show up or stay in the truck once they confirm no one is at home. They then send a follow up email saying they have completed the job. I would never do business with this company ever. They can not be trusted to do their job. We have used them for several years but this year they have failed miserably and do not respond to our concerns.

Employees at the service center at Suite H Austell are terrible tenants.

Tru-Green employees constantly block parking places, block entrance and egress into the parking lot, park in handicap spots without a handicap tag. Total disregard of other tenants in the complex.

Had a visit from an Angel and a Robert, both were very polite and professional. I had several questions and both answered them and explained everything to me. These two employee’s are the reason I’ll refer Mosquito Squad. Having employee’s such as these two will make for may happy customers !!! KEEP up the Great work Robert and Angel !!!
