“I can’t say enough good things about the customer service I’ve received through Orkin, and especially from the representative I’ve been working with, Jhony. From day one, Jhony has gone above and beyond every single time. No matter the question, concern, or request, he has been incredibly responsive, organized, thorough, and dependable. Whether it was stopping by to take a closer look at something, helping coordinate our termite treatment, or preparing for our upcoming attic remediation and pest control services, he has consistently shown genuine care and professionalism throughout the entire process. What really stands out is his follow-through. So many companies promise customer service, but Jhony actually delivers it. His diligence and effort truly show, and I sincerely hope he gets the recognition he deserves because he has made a stressful process feel much more manageable. I also want to acknowledge Gerry and Kevin from the Cockeysville Orkin team who handled our termite treatment. They were both wonderful, and Gerry especially went the extra mile by staying behind to double-check everything and make sure the job was done right. Additionally, Jhony’s manager, Joseph, took the time to personally check in and ensure everything was up to par, which speaks volumes about the level of care and accountability within this team. Overall, the customer service has been exceptional, and it’s rare these days to find a company with this level of attentiveness, professionalism, and follow-through. I’m glad my neighbor recommended them because the experience has truly exceeded expectations. Highly recommend.”

“I would strongly advise against relying on this company for pest-related issues. My experience has been extremely frustrating and disorganized. When I called for assistance, Lisa informed me that there was no online portal available to review my account. Later, I discovered that a portal does in fact exist—however, she stated she does not have access to it herself, which raises serious concerns about internal communication and transparency. The billing situation has been even more confusing. I was told I had missed 2 months of payments, so I made a double payment last month to catch up. Now, I’m being told I owe for an additional month again—specifically December—even though it is currently April. At no point prior to this was I informed that I had an outstanding balance for that time. To make matters worse, I have been unable to obtain any receipts or a clear payment history. Lisa repeatedly stated she could help me “set up” missing payments, but could not provide any record of what I’ve already paid, which makes it impossible to verify the accuracy of the charges. She then provided me with another phone number for someone who was supposedly able to help me access the portal and review my payment history. However, calling that number routed me directly back to Lisa—twice. During my first call, she also disconnected the call abruptly. Overall, the lack of transparency, poor communication, and inability to provide basic account documentation make this an incredibly frustrating experience. I would not recommend using this company. I will NOT be making any additional payments until I can get some clarity. Please be very careful with your money and information.”
