“We pay them a lot of money, but they don’t fully do their job. They allegedly checked the front of the house but not the back of the house (you can’t open yr fence from the front and they never let us know they needed back there), and in the past we were never really sure they showed up. Edit: I called up there, and they’re going to send someone to make it right!”

“Called inquiring about the services this company provides and the Phone Clerk was the best!!! She took the time to Answer my questions and also she took the time to explain the process!!! She was not trying to SELL or Force me to purchase certain services they offered, she was very helpful with breaking down the service(s) that would be best for my situation!! She Listened to my needs and showed me understanding over the phone!!! She set an appointment and it was less than 72 hours a technician was at the door..The technician came out and INTRODUCED himself which was definitely a plus in my book!! He explained to me the things that he was going to do BEFORE he did them. He completed an inspection of my home inside and out. He also explained to me the process of future visits and recommended me to call if I have ANY questions concerns or problems before my next visit!! Although these may be small things, they definitely count!!! Professionalism and Warmth from Total strangers is what I received!!! We have thoroughly pleased with the service Tyler has given us over the summer. I love to spend most of my time outdoors from spring through fall. I felt comfortable stay out in the evenings and after dark know that my outdoor areas were free of mosquitoes! I also like that fact that if Im not home when he comes to service, I know exactly what he did and how things are looking.

Two techs were here today. Great job and they were careful to treat toward our property only, so none to little was over-sprayed into the neighboring property.

The poor guys were approached by our neighbor anyway.

They don’t really show up or actually do anything

We are typically no on the property they are suppose to be treating. We do have security cameras to keep and eye on things when we are not there. They send an. Email saying they are coming to treat the property and then never show up or stay in the truck once they confirm no one is at home. They then send a follow up email saying they have completed the job. I would never do business with this company ever. They can not be trusted to do their job. We have used them for several years but this year they have failed miserably and do not respond to our concerns.

Employees at the service center at Suite H Austell are terrible tenants.

Tru-Green employees constantly block parking places, block entrance and egress into the parking lot, park in handicap spots without a handicap tag. Total disregard of other tenants in the complex.

Had a visit from an Angel and a Robert, both were very polite and professional. I had several questions and both answered them and explained everything to me. These two employee’s are the reason I’ll refer Mosquito Squad. Having employee’s such as these two will make for may happy customers !!! KEEP up the Great work Robert and Angel !!!
