“Orkin was a bad experience pretty much right from the start originally had them come in to take care of mice.. That was an up-and-down experience at least one no-show appointment. I called them recently due to an invasion of ants outside. They were supposed to come on Thursday. I had left them a message that I wouldn’t be home but go ahead and do the spraying. We had tarantula down on Thursday, but I saw that their truck was sitting in my driveway from 8 AM till I don’t know what time of course they can do the spraying it was pouring with no sign oh reprieve. They never called to reschedule the appointment or let me know any kind of status. It’s not the first time I have never gotten back with me. I’ve been so disappointed with this company since day one. I tried to cancel the other time and the manager supposedly called me and I agreed to give them another chance that chance is over. I paid them over $1000 for the service of Mice and rodents within a 10 foot radius from my house since they never came straight through the end I ended up just buying it from the store and doing it myself do it again in a couple of weeks. if it gets to a point where I need to use it, I’ll just call someone local. I will never recommend to anyone. In every instance, they apologized profusely. I told him I didn’t want their apologies. I just wanted them to do the job there to do. I would love to get my money back so I could buy some more of my own control. I don’t expect that to ever come and I am just not up to a fight.”

“The first representative that I talked to was great help and made me an appointment right away. I get a phone call the next morning that they changed my appointment to a week later. I call the day before my new appointment to verify that it is when I think it is. It is verified and we are all good to go. I leave my little brother and sister’s birthday party to wait at my house for 2 hours and no one shows up. I call the office and speak to a very unhelpful rep who constantly cuts me off and tells me that I will talk to a new representative in the morning. And I still have not gotten a call back to schedule a new appointment or even just to apologize for the inconvenience. Will be going to Redd.”

“I called to cancel my plan and Amanda that answered the phone had the nastiest attitude and very rude When I asked to speak with a manager . She put me on hold and left me there. Whenever it an issue concerning payment . They get blow your phone up but soon as you have an issue a manager is not in office and don't don't know how to get int ouch with them.”

Horrible Service - Terminix Armonk

I was a customer for three years and recently canceled my service contract with Terminix. This location covers the Bronx, NY, and Westchester County. However, Bronx residents’ homes often receive poor service. The team is unreliable and cannot handle more complex pest control needs. They prefer the basic spray-and-go service. When asked to assist with issues like removing hornets, they are limited in what they can do and often respond negatively. Additionally, they struggle to retain staff long-term, making it hard to have a technician familiar with your property. Customer service is also lacking, and both the affiliate and Terminix call centers do not communicate effectively, which often makes coordinating services confusing for the customer.

BEST MOSQUITO, YARD PESTS SERVICE IN SOUTH CAROLINA. ANDREA PRATER IS THE BEST. SHE IS A JOY TO DEAL WITH AND CAN CONSTRUCT A PLAN THAT IS AFFORDABLE AND THOROUGH. THESE DARN CACADI’S ARE DRIVING US CRAZ Y, MIGHT NOT KILL THEM BUT SLOWS THEM DOWN. WE HAD

A TYPE OF WASP THAT DOES NOT STING, BUT WAS KILLING OUR TREES. THEY LAY EGGS, LITTLE WORMS HATCH OUT BY THE THOUSANDS AND THEN

THE TREE DIES FROM THE LARVAE. THEY ELIMINATED THEM LAST YEAR AND JUST SIGNED UP FOR THE SUMMER AGAIN. FEELS GREAT TO SIT ON THE DECK AND NOT BE EATEN BY WORMS AND MOSQUITO’S. SUC H A GOOD C OMPANY AND NO CONTRACTS UNLESS YOU WANT ONE. GREAT PEOPLE

We have thoroughly pleased with the service Tyler has given us over the summer. I love to spend most of my time outdoors from spring through fall. I felt comfortable stay out in the evenings and after dark know that my outdoor areas were free of mosquitoes! I also like that fact that if Im not home when he comes to service, I know exactly what he did and how things are looking.

Two techs were here today. Great job and they were careful to treat toward our property only, so none to little was over-sprayed into the neighboring property.

The poor guys were approached by our neighbor anyway.
