“We had Orkin for our termite account. Great service to start and then noone in the office would call back. Orkin set 4 different appointments to come out and change the bait stations, but never showed up. Canceled the account with Orkin and switched to Cooks. Cooks came out on time and pulled up Orkins stations. I returned Orkins bait stations to them. Apparently a new area supervisor was brought in and fired a bunch of technicians. Orkin needs to do better keeping their appointments they set with customers. At a minimum, atleast communicate.”

“My technician with Orkin Mr. Casey Bryant is one of the best I have had. He is so respectable and knowledgeable of things I can do to ensure my home stays rodent free. He always on time and does a great job. If you don't call Orkin and get there services, you want bugs in your house. I have enjoyed there affordable services since I moved into my new home over a year ago. Thanks Orkin.”

“So disappointed with this company of whom we've had great service with for many years. They charged us $2250.00 on Feb. 10th for a service they didn't do. When I called to complain, they said they would credit us. Checked my card and they had charged us another $2250! Called again. Finally on Feb. 26th they credited our account $2250, but not the total amount. Still waiting for our other credit. Have called many times, being told a manager will call me back, but nothing. I have been more than nice and understanding. Now when I call, they just hang up on me. This is fraud! Been patient long enough. Have filed a complaint with the BBB.”

We have thoroughly pleased with the service Tyler has given us over the summer. I love to spend most of my time outdoors from spring through fall. I felt comfortable stay out in the evenings and after dark know that my outdoor areas were free of mosquitoes! I also like that fact that if Im not home when he comes to service, I know exactly what he did and how things are looking.

Two techs were here today. Great job and they were careful to treat toward our property only, so none to little was over-sprayed into the neighboring property.

The poor guys were approached by our neighbor anyway.

So sorry to them! They were very careful. I was

out when they began and saw their care for the details.

They don’t really show up or actually do anything

We are typically no on the property they are suppose to be treating. We do have security cameras to keep and eye on things when we are not there. They send an. Email saying they are coming to treat the property and then never show up or stay in the truck once they confirm no one is at home. They then send a follow up email saying they have completed the job. I would never do business with this company ever. They can not be trusted to do their job. We have used them for several years but this year they have failed miserably and do not respond to our concerns.

Employees at the service center at Suite H Austell are terrible tenants.

Tru-Green employees constantly block parking places, block entrance and egress into the parking lot, park in handicap spots without a handicap tag. Total disregard of other tenants in the complex.

Had a visit from an Angel and a Robert, both were very polite and professional. I had several questions and both answered them and explained everything to me. These two employee’s are the reason I’ll refer Mosquito Squad. Having employee’s such as these two will make for may happy customers !!! KEEP up the Great work Robert and Angel !!!
