“Not thrilled with the customer service I received but the ants are dead. The in person tech Jason was the best part of the whole experience. He helped us with wasp nets and carpenter ants. After a few visits I noticed improvements of ant problem. Other than that I called to discuss the billing which seemed higher than my quote and the service rep had a very "what do you want me to do about it" attitude. I asked to cancel services. I even got a text message asking why I cancelled. After the last service I thought ok, that's done. Then a month or so later another bill so I called again and they had no record of me cancelling my services. So really the only thing the service department is good at is sending invoices.”

“This was the absolute worst experience with a “professional” company I have ever experienced. My pregnant girlfriend was getting bit by fleas about 30 times every night so we called orkin and they assured us for they’re over priced $500 treatment that after the first time they came they would all be gone it would be safe to bring our animals back and we MIGHT see a couple hatch over the next few weeks. The first guy who came was extremely rude and quite literally didn’t actually do anything so we had to call the manager and have him come out 2 days later to redo it and at the time he seemed professional he again assured us that once he was done every single flea would be gone. Again there wasn’t even a small difference on the amount of fleas my girlfriend was still getting bit even more than normal. I ended up calling the customer service team and the woman I talked to was the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever talked to I told her their treatment didn’t work and they needed to come back now and she said they aren’t allowed to come back until a week and kept saying this over and over even tho their treatment didn’t do anything. I told her to let me talk to the manager and she said he’s busy and that she would give him my number to call me back when he wasn’t, I never got a call back and had to fight just to get back on the phone with them. They have a policy that you get a full refund if their products don’t work BUT you can’t get that full refund if you don’t wait the 3 weeks for the product to take full affect. We can’t wait that long when we’re getting but the way we were and the fact that they said it would be over with after 5 hours of them being there I was reasonably frustrated. I cannot recommend enough that you STAY AWAY FROM ORKIN. They will not solve your problem and will scam you out of your refund.”

“⭐ 1 Star — Avoid Orkin for Bat Remediation I hired Orkin in summer 2024 for bat remediation after two bats were found in my home. I paid over $3,000 and was promised a two-year warranty. Since then, four more bats have entered my living space despite multiple visits from Orkin. The team failed to install bat cones, despite acknowledging this was the only reliable way to ensure bats had left. A major entry point at the ridge vent was “repaired” twice — the second time after they admitted the first fix was done improperly. After continued issues, I hired a licensed independent pest expert who found dead bats in the walls, heavy droppings, over 10 visible entry points, and a poorly installed ridge vent with open gaps. Orkin missed all of this. When I brought these findings to Orkin’s branch manager, Doug Wolfe, he denied the presence of bats and was argumentative, despite never inspecting inside the walls or using proper methods. We ended up paying a second company to do the job right. Orkin has refused a refund and failed to honor their warranty. Bottom line: Orkin was ineffective, unprofessional, and costly. Avoid them at all costs for bat issues.”

BEST MOSQUITO, YARD PESTS SERVICE IN SOUTH CAROLINA. ANDREA PRATER IS THE BEST. SHE IS A JOY TO DEAL WITH AND CAN CONSTRUCT A PLAN THAT IS AFFORDABLE AND THOROUGH. THESE DARN CACADI’S ARE DRIVING US CRAZ Y, MIGHT NOT KILL THEM BUT SLOWS THEM DOWN. WE HAD

A TYPE OF WASP THAT DOES NOT STING, BUT WAS KILLING OUR TREES. THEY LAY EGGS, LITTLE WORMS HATCH OUT BY THE THOUSANDS AND THEN

THE TREE DIES FROM THE LARVAE. THEY ELIMINATED THEM LAST YEAR AND JUST SIGNED UP FOR THE SUMMER AGAIN. FEELS GREAT TO SIT ON THE DECK AND NOT BE EATEN BY WORMS AND MOSQUITO’S. SUC H A GOOD C OMPANY AND NO CONTRACTS UNLESS YOU WANT ONE. GREAT PEOPLE

We have thoroughly pleased with the service Tyler has given us over the summer. I love to spend most of my time outdoors from spring through fall. I felt comfortable stay out in the evenings and after dark know that my outdoor areas were free of mosquitoes! I also like that fact that if Im not home when he comes to service, I know exactly what he did and how things are looking.

Two techs were here today. Great job and they were careful to treat toward our property only, so none to little was over-sprayed into the neighboring property.

The poor guys were approached by our neighbor anyway.

They don’t really show up or actually do anything

We are typically no on the property they are suppose to be treating. We do have security cameras to keep and eye on things when we are not there. They send an. Email saying they are coming to treat the property and then never show up or stay in the truck once they confirm no one is at home. They then send a follow up email saying they have completed the job. I would never do business with this company ever. They can not be trusted to do their job. We have used them for several years but this year they have failed miserably and do not respond to our concerns.
