“Their low ratings make sense after my experience today. I was scheduled for a termite inspection and the technician that called me made up a ridiculous excuse so he wouldn’t have to drive across town to my home. He said the Orkin has a gentleman’s agreement with terminix and won’t service properties that were previously serviced by terminix. So customers can’t get second opinions? Or change providers? That makes no sense. He started the call by saying that it would take him 1:30 to get to me so I am convinced his laziness was the real reason. When I called customer service to complain, they had never heard of such a policy. They told me they would call me back but i haven’t heard back and it’s been 8 hours. This company will waste your time. Try a local place. Better service. Or even terminix”

“I was actually hoping to be a repeat customer as my first experience with Orkin was very positive but this second time was terrible. If you are not ready to book and confirm on that same call (service prices ranging from 500+), be ready to receive conflicting quotes and mixed messages based on who you are speaking to. The first, second, and third time I called - I was given three completely different quotes and service packages, and this was all before any type of formal inspection at the home. I will not be back sadly.”

“Outstanding customer care, great communication and empathy. I’m So grateful for the caring service! I had a stressful situation when my tenant reported that there was a mice problem in the attic, and crawlspace. After doing my research and reading lots of reviews, Orkin was the best option. From the first visit Robert Russell, one of the manager, was absolutely incredible. He was so patient and took the time to listen to all of my concerns, which really helped put me at ease. He did a super thorough inspection, including the crawlspace, and clearly explained all of his findings. He even gave me some recommendations for long-term maintenance. I was worried about the issue, but his knowledge and calm demeanor made the whole process stress-free. This company is top-notch, therefore I highly recommend Orkin Pest Control Company for their expertise and wonderful attitudes. BEST MOSQUITO, YARD PESTS SERVICE IN SOUTH CAROLINA. ANDREA PRATER IS THE BEST. SHE IS A JOY TO DEAL WITH AND CAN CONSTRUCT A PLAN THAT IS AFFORDABLE AND THOROUGH. THESE DARN CACADI’S ARE DRIVING US CRAZ Y, MIGHT NOT KILL THEM BUT SLOWS THEM DOWN. WE HAD

A TYPE OF WASP THAT DOES NOT STING, BUT WAS KILLING OUR TREES. THEY LAY EGGS, LITTLE WORMS HATCH OUT BY THE THOUSANDS AND THEN

THE TREE DIES FROM THE LARVAE. THEY ELIMINATED THEM LAST YEAR AND JUST SIGNED UP FOR THE SUMMER AGAIN. FEELS GREAT TO SIT ON THE DECK AND NOT BE EATEN BY WORMS AND MOSQUITO’S. SUC H A GOOD C OMPANY AND NO CONTRACTS UNLESS YOU WANT ONE. GREAT PEOPLE

We have thoroughly pleased with the service Tyler has given us over the summer. I love to spend most of my time outdoors from spring through fall. I felt comfortable stay out in the evenings and after dark know that my outdoor areas were free of mosquitoes! I also like that fact that if Im not home when he comes to service, I know exactly what he did and how things are looking.

Two techs were here today. Great job and they were careful to treat toward our property only, so none to little was over-sprayed into the neighboring property.

The poor guys were approached by our neighbor anyway.

So sorry to them! They were very careful. I was

out when they began and saw their care for the details.

They don’t really show up or actually do anything

We are typically no on the property they are suppose to be treating. We do have security cameras to keep and eye on things when we are not there. They send an. Email saying they are coming to treat the property and then never show up or stay in the truck once they confirm no one is at home. They then send a follow up email saying they have completed the job. I would never do business with this company ever. They can not be trusted to do their job. We have used them for several years but this year they have failed miserably and do not respond to our concerns.
