“I had an appointment set up for a visit on Friday morning and no one showed. I then called to inform them and to reschedule for the following Monday 9-11am window and no one showed nor called. I once again called to inform them and the representative was most understanding and said she would personally call the technician and guaranteed they would show up between 4-6 pm on Monday. Once again no-one showed nor called. Needless to say I was a little upset, having to stay home for 3 appointment windows each 2 hours long and have no one show. I called again this morning to talk with a manager and was told they would call me back! I simply cannot recommend this company. While they are lovely in the phone, their workers are completely unreliable. I will be switching to Batzner/ Terminix.”

“Service was successful. After the first 3 months of service, communication with them was horrible. I ended up late for work and other appointments because I'd wait within the window and no one would come. I'd ask for phone calls prior to someone coming to the house to ensure someone could answer the door because my mother is unable to walk to the door - no phone calls. They asked for an inspection of the home, which couldn't be done without the owner's approval. I told them to call me back that Monday prior to coming so I could ask the owner. We'll, the owner refused to allow the inspection. Again, no phone call prior to arrival so I had to cancel. When I tried to cancel my contract due to the lack of communication, they convinced me to stay. I paid with cash on the next appointment because I began to not trust them. After that, I got letters in the mail for 2 months saying I owed them money. When I called to check on this, I was always told they could see the payment on record and that I owed nothing. I still got another letter saying they'd cancel my services. Last month, I had two appointments scheduled and (again) no one came during the time slot. When I called the Orkin hotline, they told me my account had been canceled. I didn't cancel it, so who did? I didn't owe money on the account? The manager from this location was supposed to call me, but I have yet to get a phone call explaining whay happened. It's just crazy how the communication and customer service was so lack luster. I'll never use Orkin again for that reason even though they got rid of my little bug problem. I can't afford to be late to work or drs appointments waiting on them to show up and never do. Very unprofessional.”
