“I had just moved into a new apartment on 8/1/25. Around mid September I noticed multiple insects so I decided to contact orkin around 9/18/25 was set up for service on 9/22/25. The contract I have was was quoted 201.00 for the first visit (which I paid on 9/22/25 ) and it was going to be 48.63 for quarterly services as it was stated to me but what wasn’t explained it that I would be paying 48.63 monthly for quarterly services and not quarterly for quarterly services. After my unit was treated I had to call back around 10/9/25 because I was still having an issues with insects still getting into my unit. The same representative comes again on 10/13/25 to spray my unit again and tells me the visit is free because this is a test in between visit which makes sense because per my contact I’m on quarterly services so technically my next visit would have been in December but what does orkin do they charged me 146.00 for the 10/13/25 visit and I only found out because I set up an account on the first visit and made the mistake of setting up auto pay so they took the payment of 48.63 and billed me for the remaining 97.37. What happened to the Orkin guarantee? I called customer service on/around10/19/25 to request that my contract be canceled I was told the request would be put in and someone would call me but got no call back. I called the Saginaw location directly spoke to a woman on/around 10/31/25 who didn’t offer me any apology but I instead wanted to scold me about why didnt I call to say there was an issue. I think common sense would’ve told her that if you was just at my place three weeks ago and I called you back because the insects are still invading my space then it didnt work and I again requested to have my contract cancelled and was told that it would be forwarded to someone. So I would never ever recommend orkin to anyone.”

Horrible Service - Terminix Armonk

I was a customer for three years and recently canceled my service contract with Terminix. This location covers the Bronx, NY, and Westchester County. However, Bronx residents’ homes often receive poor service. The team is unreliable and cannot handle more complex pest control needs. They prefer the basic spray-and-go service. When asked to assist with issues like removing hornets, they are limited in what they can do and often respond negatively. Additionally, they struggle to retain staff long-term, making it hard to have a technician familiar with your property. Customer service is also lacking, and both the affiliate and Terminix call centers do not communicate effectively, which often makes coordinating services confusing for the customer.

BEST MOSQUITO, YARD PESTS SERVICE IN SOUTH CAROLINA. ANDREA PRATER IS THE BEST. SHE IS A JOY TO DEAL WITH AND CAN CONSTRUCT A PLAN THAT IS AFFORDABLE AND THOROUGH. THESE DARN CACADI’S ARE DRIVING US CRAZ Y, MIGHT NOT KILL THEM BUT SLOWS THEM DOWN. WE HAD

A TYPE OF WASP THAT DOES NOT STING, BUT WAS KILLING OUR TREES. THEY LAY EGGS, LITTLE WORMS HATCH OUT BY THE THOUSANDS AND THEN

THE TREE DIES FROM THE LARVAE. THEY ELIMINATED THEM LAST YEAR AND JUST SIGNED UP FOR THE SUMMER AGAIN. FEELS GREAT TO SIT ON THE DECK AND NOT BE EATEN BY WORMS AND MOSQUITO’S. SUC H A GOOD C OMPANY AND NO CONTRACTS UNLESS YOU WANT ONE. GREAT PEOPLE

We have thoroughly pleased with the service Tyler has given us over the summer. I love to spend most of my time outdoors from spring through fall. I felt comfortable stay out in the evenings and after dark know that my outdoor areas were free of mosquitoes! I also like that fact that if Im not home when he comes to service, I know exactly what he did and how things are looking.

Two techs were here today. Great job and they were careful to treat toward our property only, so none to little was over-sprayed into the neighboring property.

The poor guys were approached by our neighbor anyway.
