“We have used Orkin for over 12 years on a 6 flat in Chicago. We had an excellent rep for almost 10 years and after over a year of calls, emails and text messages we finally have a good rep on the account again. Billing errors occurred after the transition we should finally be resolved this billing cycles. Billing processes at the main office are archaic and it takes 3-4 weeks for them to post a check to an account! The new rep on the account is named George and is professional and courteous to our tenants unlike the (unnamed) rep randomly assigned and rude to our tenants. Orkin treatments do a very good job resolving bedbugs, roaches and other issues. Tenants may bring these in and claim "not their fault". As landlords we have a regular indoor monthly service to prevent these critters. An in & out 5 minute process/month to treat each apartment also allows a quick view of the apartment to make sure maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner. Overall, I recommend Orkin however don't waste time on Customer Service reps, go right to the manager for corrective action. My 2 cents.”

“WARNING: AVOID THE SKOKIE BRANCH AT ALL COSTS! The individuals claiming to provide service (who all seem to dub themselves managers) at this location are completely clueless about pricing and service details. To make matters worse, they barely put in any effort, spending a mere 10 minutes spraying a 1500 sq ft unit. My attempts to resolve the issue by contacting their customer service line have been utterly futile. Each time I call, I receive a different story and response, adding to the frustration. After insisting on speaking with a manager, I finally received a call back after three weeks. However, the manager's tone was shockingly informal, and it was evident that he hadn't bothered to read or understand the situation before contacting me. Instead, he leapt to conclusions without grasping the problem at hand. His demeanor made me feel as though I was being treated like a criminal. This experience has been nothing short of the worst I've ever encountered. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of their services. If you happen to be the owner reading this, I implore you to address the issues with the manager at the Skokie branch, as he is by far the most unpleasant individual I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.”

BEST MOSQUITO, YARD PESTS SERVICE IN SOUTH CAROLINA. ANDREA PRATER IS THE BEST. SHE IS A JOY TO DEAL WITH AND CAN CONSTRUCT A PLAN THAT IS AFFORDABLE AND THOROUGH. THESE DARN CACADI’S ARE DRIVING US CRAZ Y, MIGHT NOT KILL THEM BUT SLOWS THEM DOWN. WE HAD

A TYPE OF WASP THAT DOES NOT STING, BUT WAS KILLING OUR TREES. THEY LAY EGGS, LITTLE WORMS HATCH OUT BY THE THOUSANDS AND THEN

THE TREE DIES FROM THE LARVAE. THEY ELIMINATED THEM LAST YEAR AND JUST SIGNED UP FOR THE SUMMER AGAIN. FEELS GREAT TO SIT ON THE DECK AND NOT BE EATEN BY WORMS AND MOSQUITO’S. SUC H A GOOD C OMPANY AND NO CONTRACTS UNLESS YOU WANT ONE. GREAT PEOPLE

We have thoroughly pleased with the service Tyler has given us over the summer. I love to spend most of my time outdoors from spring through fall. I felt comfortable stay out in the evenings and after dark know that my outdoor areas were free of mosquitoes! I also like that fact that if Im not home when he comes to service, I know exactly what he did and how things are looking.

Two techs were here today. Great job and they were careful to treat toward our property only, so none to little was over-sprayed into the neighboring property.

The poor guys were approached by our neighbor anyway.

They don’t really show up or actually do anything

We are typically no on the property they are suppose to be treating. We do have security cameras to keep and eye on things when we are not there. They send an. Email saying they are coming to treat the property and then never show up or stay in the truck once they confirm no one is at home. They then send a follow up email saying they have completed the job. I would never do business with this company ever. They can not be trusted to do their job. We have used them for several years but this year they have failed miserably and do not respond to our concerns.

Employees at the service center at Suite H Austell are terrible tenants.

Tru-Green employees constantly block parking places, block entrance and egress into the parking lot, park in handicap spots without a handicap tag. Total disregard of other tenants in the complex.
