“I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Orkin as a first-time customer. Based on the company’s reputation, I expected a thorough, professional treatment and a level of service that matched what was promised. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The technician was in my home for approximately 20 minutes and did not treat the entire house as I was led to believe would be done. Several areas were either overlooked or not serviced at all, leaving me feeling that the treatment was incomplete. Since the service, I have not noticed any meaningful reduction in pest activity, which has been very frustrating considering the amount I paid. Overall, I feel that I did not receive the quality of service I was promised, and this experience has been a significant disappointment. At this point, I believe my money was wasted. I will be contacting a supervisor as soon as possible to discuss my concerns and to seek an appropriate resolution. I sincerely hope Orkin takes customer satisfaction seriously and addresses situations like this promptly.”

“I called Friday afternoon about a mouse issue and spoke with a guy who scheduled me for Saturday between 12–2 PM. I rearranged my entire room and moved a lot of things around to prepare for the visit, only for no one to show up. There was no call, no text, no update—nothing. The most frustrating part is that the office was closed on Saturday, so there was no way for me to contact anyone or figure out what was going on. On top of that, they had already taken down my card information, which makes the situation even more concerning. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. If you can’t honor your scheduled appointments, the least you can do is communicate with your customers. I expected much better service, especially for something as urgent as a pest issue.”

“John C is an amazing person and worker. He has been to our apartment for a few months now over a few issues, John has brought my feelings up again about Orkin, as I had a guy first who was very unfriendly and didn't do much of anything but demanded what he wanted moved etc all of the time. John is very friendly and people oriented and kind. He listens and assures us we will be safe with him. John was telling me today that he loves this profession and wants tor remain in it, he also spoke highly of the company which is a blessing now days as many don't even seem to know what loyalty means.. I am a senior citizen and he treats me very well always asking permission to do this or that as he goes. He was also telling me how he goes home and studies issues he has found during the day what a blessing, this man will go places in the company, take care of him! and Thank You Orkin for the service!”
