“I am...somewhat satisfied with Orkin? The actual exterminators that come out seem fine and I didn't have an issue with them personally. But here's why my experience left me honestly kinda ticked off We had some yellow jackets make a home in two different parts of the exterior of our house. One wad the rear inside of the porch light (in the brick behind the light kind of in the wall) and one in a tiny hole in our siding on the second floor of our house. I called the main number and got a sales person which is to be expected. I explained the entire situation. I got this whole speech about all of the great things the person coming out was going to do. The person was going to come out with a ladder and treat both areas to kill the yellow jackets, then inspect the entire property for any other items or areas that could be attracting pests. They were going to treat these areas specifically and then spray the entire perimeter of my property and all of our overhangs on our house to make sure everything is gone and pest free. Was roughly $400 but for everything I was advertised I decided to go with it. This all sounded great so I agreed to it. Fast forward to the service day. A guy shows up and meets me. He seems nice and professional. He grabs a can of handheld foaming spray and walks to my backyard and sticks it behind the light and foams it out and says he's done. Not even 5 minutes into the service call. At this point I ask about the other nest on the second floor and the guy says he doesn't have a ladder so he can't get up there and I'd have to schedule another appointment. I was like...okay...? So then I asked about the inspection and perimeter and overhand spray they were supposed to perform and he said it wasn't on his work order. So I pushed back and said well that is what I was sold and he said that he's not doing it because it wasn't on his work order and we could have whoever comes out next time with that ladder to go through that with us. So he leaves and that's that. A day or two later my wife calls the main number again and explains everything that happened and how we need someone to come out with a ladder and then explains how we also hadn't gotten the other advertised services and tells our story up to that point. The girl on the phone acts like she hadn't even listened to anything past needing someone with a ladder and goes "...so you need someone to come out with a ladder?". My wife just says yes and wraps up the call and we decided we'd just have to see what happens when the next guy shows up. Fast forward to service day number two. A different guy shows up with a ladder. He posts it up and looks about 6 or 10 feet away from where they were getting in. He proceeds to just take the spray and sprayed the outside of the opening with some spray. He didn't go up on that part of the roof and go to the opening (which would have been physically possible because last year when we got our gutters done the guy was right up there). Basically I could have gone to the grocery store and gotten the same foaming stuff and stood there and done the same thing. I paid this money because I wanted an exterminator to actually get to the spot and treat it *better* than I could have done with a $5 can of spray from 10 feet away. So then this guy tries to leave too. We pushed back and said look we were sold this inspection and treatment and at least this gentleman agreed to it and walked around and treated our property. But he showed us his work order and for the entire story we told dispatch TWICE all the work order said was something like "bring ladder to kill yellow jackets". So basically we got charged (about) $400 for something that was supposed to be done professionally and better than an average person would have been able to do as well as some other high quality services and all we got was a couple of (nice and professional) guys that showed up with some bug spray same as i would have done and weren't even aware they were supposed to do anything else (and one time refused to do so)”

We have thoroughly pleased with the service Tyler has given us over the summer. I love to spend most of my time outdoors from spring through fall. I felt comfortable stay out in the evenings and after dark know that my outdoor areas were free of mosquitoes! I also like that fact that if Im not home when he comes to service, I know exactly what he did and how things are looking.

Two techs were here today. Great job and they were careful to treat toward our property only, so none to little was over-sprayed into the neighboring property.

The poor guys were approached by our neighbor anyway.

So sorry to them! They were very careful. I was

out when they began and saw their care for the details.

They don’t really show up or actually do anything

We are typically no on the property they are suppose to be treating. We do have security cameras to keep and eye on things when we are not there. They send an. Email saying they are coming to treat the property and then never show up or stay in the truck once they confirm no one is at home. They then send a follow up email saying they have completed the job. I would never do business with this company ever. They can not be trusted to do their job. We have used them for several years but this year they have failed miserably and do not respond to our concerns.

Employees at the service center at Suite H Austell are terrible tenants.

Tru-Green employees constantly block parking places, block entrance and egress into the parking lot, park in handicap spots without a handicap tag. Total disregard of other tenants in the complex.

Had a visit from an Angel and a Robert, both were very polite and professional. I had several questions and both answered them and explained everything to me. These two employee’s are the reason I’ll refer Mosquito Squad. Having employee’s such as these two will make for may happy customers !!! KEEP up the Great work Robert and Angel !!!
