“We’ve been with Orkin for years. At one time they were spraying for bugs and did a great job. Then our usual person was replaced with different people that just didn’t do as well. That and a serious price hike left us looking for another provider. But this review is regarding our termite bait system. Yesterday I was pulling out of our driveway as 3 trucks were pulling in. I stopped and asked what was up since no one had contacted me and was told they were inspecting my termite bait stations. I said “don’t you all give some notice since you need access to my backyard?” They young man said “oh sorry, I will make a note of it, can we do the service today?” I said “sure, my dogs are inside. But it really would help if I had notice so I could make sure they are inside next time”. I left. They did their work and left. And, when I got home I let our dogs outside. And later found them wandering around in front of our house because they hadn’t shut the gate before leaving. Really?!? Come on Orkin. At least hire people who are responsible. I made mention of the dogs so why wouldn’t the young man make sure all gates were shut? To make matters worse, I was walking around and found that many of the baits they’d serviced now have broken lids. Most won’t shut properly and instead of replacing with a new lid, they just left them partially open. And, some were left completely open and the baits themselves were left out of the green containers. They are lying there near the baits totally exposed. Seriously?!? I contacted my local Orkin and was told someone would call me back in 24-48 hours. Not acceptable. This is shoddy work. When we move I will definitely have the termite baits installed. It won’t be with Orkin however. At the time I’m writing this, I’m still waiting on a call from Orkin.”

Horrible Service - Terminix Armonk

I was a customer for three years and recently canceled my service contract with Terminix. This location covers the Bronx, NY, and Westchester County. However, Bronx residents’ homes often receive poor service. The team is unreliable and cannot handle more complex pest control needs. They prefer the basic spray-and-go service. When asked to assist with issues like removing hornets, they are limited in what they can do and often respond negatively. Additionally, they struggle to retain staff long-term, making it hard to have a technician familiar with your property. Customer service is also lacking, and both the affiliate and Terminix call centers do not communicate effectively, which often makes coordinating services confusing for the customer.

BEST MOSQUITO, YARD PESTS SERVICE IN SOUTH CAROLINA. ANDREA PRATER IS THE BEST. SHE IS A JOY TO DEAL WITH AND CAN CONSTRUCT A PLAN THAT IS AFFORDABLE AND THOROUGH. THESE DARN CACADI’S ARE DRIVING US CRAZ Y, MIGHT NOT KILL THEM BUT SLOWS THEM DOWN. WE HAD

A TYPE OF WASP THAT DOES NOT STING, BUT WAS KILLING OUR TREES. THEY LAY EGGS, LITTLE WORMS HATCH OUT BY THE THOUSANDS AND THEN

THE TREE DIES FROM THE LARVAE. THEY ELIMINATED THEM LAST YEAR AND JUST SIGNED UP FOR THE SUMMER AGAIN. FEELS GREAT TO SIT ON THE DECK AND NOT BE EATEN BY WORMS AND MOSQUITO’S. SUC H A GOOD C OMPANY AND NO CONTRACTS UNLESS YOU WANT ONE. GREAT PEOPLE

We have thoroughly pleased with the service Tyler has given us over the summer. I love to spend most of my time outdoors from spring through fall. I felt comfortable stay out in the evenings and after dark know that my outdoor areas were free of mosquitoes! I also like that fact that if Im not home when he comes to service, I know exactly what he did and how things are looking.

Two techs were here today. Great job and they were careful to treat toward our property only, so none to little was over-sprayed into the neighboring property.

The poor guys were approached by our neighbor anyway.
