They'll call you to sell more services but never take care of the services you pay for! Their products dont work! For your termite inspection they never actually inspect your home they just change the bait stations and go on about their day.”

“Quick summary: Poor communication, missed appointments, misleading sales promises, and ineffective service. If you have a real pest problem, especially mice, look elsewhere. We signed up with Terminix in June 2025 after moving into a home where a mouse issue had been disclosed but was said to have already been handled by a professional. We chose Terminix because of their reputation and expected a reliable, professional solution if anything resurfaced. That did not happen. The inspector was very friendly and told us mice were included in the pest and termite bundle and that they would help seal entry points like gaps in the garage. None of that ended up being true. A lot of what we were told would be included turned into extra charges after we signed. We had to escalate the issue just to get someone to call us back. When we finally spoke with a regional manager, he admitted this type of issue had happened before. That did not help us because we were already locked into the contract. We were also told the termite portion could be removed at any time, but that was not true either. You are locked in unless you pay it out and pay a cancellation fee. The actual service was just as frustrating. Multiple techs showed up over time and none of them had any real knowledge of our home or situation. Most visits were quick spray visits for bugs and nothing more. Our main issue has always been mice, and one of the technicians even said he does not deal with mice. Over the entire year, Terminix placed two bait stations after we repeatedly asked. No snap traps, no real investigation, and no effort to find where the mice were coming from. I have personally caught more mice than they have. As of April 2026, we are still dealing with mice. I have caught them four days in a row using my own traps. During our most recent service, I was told they could not find any entry points. That same day, I caught another mouse. We also had bees getting into our home for over a week. It took multiple calls to get any response. I ended up finding the entry point myself and sealing it. Communication is terrible. The call center and local techs are clearly not on the same page. We had multiple missed appointments and long delays when trying to get help. On top of paying for Terminix, we have spent over $2000 out of pocket on other companies and supplies just to deal with the problem. Final warning. The contract auto renews. If you do not cancel at the right time, you are locked in again. Also, get everything in writing. Do not rely on what the inspector or someone on the phone tells you. This has been the worst experience I have had with a pest control company.”
