“- 11/19/25 Terminix did total exclusion -First scheduled date of follow up 11/26 (we were never notified and we were out of town so we rescheduled) - Rescheduled for 11/28 tech did not show up so we called to reschedule -Rescheduled for 12/4 tech claimed door not answered but tech did not knock on the door and I watched him pull away. He “started the appointment” on our service link but did not knock on our door or call - Rescheduled for 12/5 - no show - Rescheduled for 12/6 - no show - Called customer service and they notified me that we were actually scheduled for 12/13, which would be 3 1/2 weeks after the exclusion. It was supposed yo be 1 week after exclusion. - had to reach out to original salesperson because tech never sgows up for rescheduled appointments and the online scheduling is 100% useless. He and tech showed up on 12/8 for our first trap reset and they fixed some of the missed exclusion areas. Tech confirmed, in person our 12/13 appointment and Terminex website account showed 12/13 appointment. - 12/13 - appointment no-show and appointment removed from website. No future appointments were scheduled. We texted salesperson and he said he will have someone come out on 12/16 or 12/17. We waited, but nobody showed up on either day. -1/7/26 Tech texted that he was coming this morning, we had no advanced notice, but thankfully were able to move our plans to accommodate them. We are supposed to be getting emails with advanced notice, but have never received one. -1/12/26 tech texted that he was coming that morning with no advanced notice. ( still no email ) We were not available that morning, so the tech said he would reschedule us for that Tuesday or Wednesday. We waited both days, but nobody came. Don't waste your money. The scheduling is pure chaos and 80% likely to no show you. Nobody will let you talk to anyone in charge. I have been waiting 2 weeks to hear back from someone with any authority to fix things. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.”

Horrible Service - Terminix Armonk

I was a customer for three years and recently canceled my service contract with Terminix. This location covers the Bronx, NY, and Westchester County. However, Bronx residents’ homes often receive poor service. The team is unreliable and cannot handle more complex pest control needs. They prefer the basic spray-and-go service. When asked to assist with issues like removing hornets, they are limited in what they can do and often respond negatively. Additionally, they struggle to retain staff long-term, making it hard to have a technician familiar with your property. Customer service is also lacking, and both the affiliate and Terminix call centers do not communicate effectively, which often makes coordinating services confusing for the customer.

BEST MOSQUITO, YARD PESTS SERVICE IN SOUTH CAROLINA. ANDREA PRATER IS THE BEST. SHE IS A JOY TO DEAL WITH AND CAN CONSTRUCT A PLAN THAT IS AFFORDABLE AND THOROUGH. THESE DARN CACADI’S ARE DRIVING US CRAZ Y, MIGHT NOT KILL THEM BUT SLOWS THEM DOWN. WE HAD

A TYPE OF WASP THAT DOES NOT STING, BUT WAS KILLING OUR TREES. THEY LAY EGGS, LITTLE WORMS HATCH OUT BY THE THOUSANDS AND THEN

THE TREE DIES FROM THE LARVAE. THEY ELIMINATED THEM LAST YEAR AND JUST SIGNED UP FOR THE SUMMER AGAIN. FEELS GREAT TO SIT ON THE DECK AND NOT BE EATEN BY WORMS AND MOSQUITO’S. SUC H A GOOD C OMPANY AND NO CONTRACTS UNLESS YOU WANT ONE. GREAT PEOPLE

We have thoroughly pleased with the service Tyler has given us over the summer. I love to spend most of my time outdoors from spring through fall. I felt comfortable stay out in the evenings and after dark know that my outdoor areas were free of mosquitoes! I also like that fact that if Im not home when he comes to service, I know exactly what he did and how things are looking.

Two techs were here today. Great job and they were careful to treat toward our property only, so none to little was over-sprayed into the neighboring property.

The poor guys were approached by our neighbor anyway.

So sorry to them! They were very careful. I was

out when they began and saw their care for the details.
