“Set up service over the phone with a very nice rep. Tech was supposed to come between 1-5p. Waited all day. No call/no show. We called Customer Service at 530p to see what happened and spoke to a very nice rep who assured us “Chris” was on the way but would call us back to advise his arrival time or “Damon” the branch manager would call to advise or set up a new date and time. Again, no call/no show. This morning we get a call saying they’ll come today. No thank you. We waited all day yesterday. Not doing that again today.”
