“We have been using Terminix for quarterly outdoor pest control services for about 5.5 years. We have had intermittent issues with rodents, but for the most part, have had little concern with spiders or insects. Recently, we were billed for a thorough inspection and quarterly treatment, a cost 4x our usual regular billed amount. The representative rang our doorbell and, when no one answered, went and sat in his vehicle for half an hour before driving away. While we were able to resolve the issue with the vendor, it took several months to prove the issue and receive a refund. We recently had another quarterly service and, as with last time, we were billed for both an inspection and spray treatment. We never approved anything beyond our normal quarterly spraying, and this is the second time we were charged for a service we did not request or approve. We did receive the spray treatment this time. When we reached out to the vendor to again address the concern, we were “helped” by an AI bot, never had any interaction with a human, and were told that, since the previous charge was the same as the most recent one, that this was a valid charge and would stand. Also, because the system deemed it a valid charge, it was not subject to manual review and because it was an invoiced transaction, there would be no refund. Overall, the quality of service has dropped since we’ve been using this service and now, with the repeated invoicing and customer service issues, we will be switching our business to another vendor. UPDATE - May 2026 We scheduled a follow up pest control service to update a previous spraying. The technician arrived and sat in their vehicle for half an hour. They lied on their report, said they attempted a phone call and doorbell ring before applying treatment. None of these three things happened and we were again forced to reschedule service after calling their office.”

“Isaiah Aragon, Terminex Tech, had never seen such a wasp infestation in our house. He persevered and inspected the outside, inside and attic. He dusted, sprayed and foamed several places. He spent almost 3 hrs here and I am so grateful that the problem seems to be solved and we can once again feel safe and secure. (I am allergic to bee stings )”
