“The service rep didn't contact me until after I called to find out why he was late. the rep had an injury and wouldn't be available that day. I called the company to find out if they could send someone else out since I requested weekend service due to availability. The representative I talked to assured me the manager would be calling me to discuss rescheduling. The manager did not contact me and I hade to call back the following day (Sunday) to find out that they intended to come out Monday. This occurred on my initial inspection/treatment. If this company has such low standards for communication and customer service on an initial visit I would hate to have to deal with them after signing a contract for any period of time.”
