“Overall, I am pleased with the service. Our service technician Jeffrey was great. He was very knowledgeable and did a excellent job. He took time to answer my questions an provided knowledgeable responses. Only 4 star because of the price point of the service. The service is a bit pricey.”

“This place is a joke! Not only have their new reps been rude lately, but this is the second time that they schedule me for an inspection and don’t show up at all. Then when I call their 800 number, they try to tell me this is not the date, your date is something else. The lady today even said well thats weird the date is for this coming sunday the 24th and they dont work on sundays. So the person knew they wouldnt make it and never even tried to call to let me know so that we could at least carry on with our day. I’ve taken off work twice for these two hour windows and these people think its okay. I think its plain unacceptable. And then they just decide to put any date down for the future and not tell me about it. Wow! Terminix sucks! There is only one nice person there and that is Olivia! Thank you for all the times you did service our home, I wish you never had gotten sick because its been a mess ever since. But I really appreciate the great job you did. I think I’m gonna cancel now. It’s just not worth my time and aggravation.”
