“So we called to book a service yesterday, and the technician texted at 7am today. They stated they would come around 2-4/5pm today yesterday on the phone. As of 6pm we called the agent that was supposed to come “Ethan”, no response. So we called customer service they said we dont see anything saying it needs to be rescheduled we will call him, they did and he answered. He said he would contact us to the customer service people (lie). We let her know we have to leave the home by 8pm we have been waiting all day. She confirmed he would absolutely be coming before that time. So 7pm rolls around we call customer service again, this time I ask why the agent couldn’t contact us saying he’s going to be late STILL or if he cant come at all? She said I just called him and couldn’t get an answer. She said the most she can do is just let his location know he hasnt reached out and hasnt come. So I said how can you guys charge people and lock them in 60 days but not call or show up? She said Im not sure Im sorry. She asked if we would like to reschedule for a week later with a different agent, I said well wl this agent actually show up and respond? She said I dont know I cant promise that. So I said okay no need to reschedule for next week I think its best we look for a different company that can actually contact agents. How are you booked up with appointments you dont show up to, nor call to reschedule, nor text to communicate you will be late? The least the company could do is schedule the next morning if they are 100% at fault for not showing up and not communicating.”
