“HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! They don't do the job but still bill you every month. If you need reliable pest control, PLEASE STAY AWAY from Terminix. While the service started out well with helpful reminders, it has completely gone downhill. Technicians now show up unannounced, spend 5 minutes on the property without actually doing any work, and still send a full bill. Recently, a technician named Tim A. Anderson logged that he performed a 20-minute service. However, our doors were locked the entire time, making it impossible for him to have done the job. Our previous, thorough technicians always took 30 minutes. To make matters worse, Terminix management refused to help when I called, blindly defending the technician instead of addressing the issue. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.”

“I have been a customer of your company for quite some time and, until approximately 6–8 months ago, I was very satisfied with the service I received. My regular technician was knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. However, since that technician either left the company or was reassigned, the quality of service has declined significantly. Since that time, I have experienced repeated issues with both technicians and inspectors that I consider unprofessional and inadequate. On multiple occasions, appointments have been canceled without any notification, resulting in my family waiting at home for hours for service personnel who never arrived. This lack of communication is unacceptable and demonstrates a disregard for customers’ time. More importantly, we continue to experience problems with stinging insects inside and around our home despite maintaining an active service agreement and paying for pest control services. The ongoing presence of these pests indicates that the service being provided is not effectively addressing the problem we are paying to have resolved. I am extremely disappointed in the decline in service quality and communication. As a paying customer, I expect reliable scheduling, professional service, and effective treatment of the pest issues covered under my agreement. At this point, I feel that I am paying for a service that is not being adequately provided. I would appreciate a prompt response outlining how your company intends to address these concerns and restore the level of service that I previously received.”
