“I’ve always had great service with Terminex. Today, I got a notification of someone at my front door and it was Larry C. bringing in my trash bin after completing my quarterly service. It’s the little things sometimes. Thank you for going above and beyond!”

“I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Terminix due to misinformation, poor communication, and lack of follow-through. On Saturday, 12/6, I called Terminix and spoke with a representative who signed me up for Pest 365. I was told this service included a free inspection, exclusion services (sealing holes around the home), and bait boxes. The cost was quoted as $250 to start and $43 monthly after the first two services, and the representative applied a discount, bringing the initial payment down to $199. However, when the technician arrived for the first appointment on Saturday, 12/13, he believed I was an existing customer who only needed new bait boxes. He had no work order for an inspection or exclusion services. I do not fault the technician at all. This was clearly a communication issue on the company’s end. After calling customer service multiple times, I was told to wait until Monday, 12/15, to resolve the issue. Eventually, another representative informed me that my account had been set up by a third-party company and was never properly transferred to Terminix. I was also told that exclusion services are not included in Pest 365 and would cost extra, directly contradicting what I was originally promised. I was assured that a district manager would contact me by Monday, but no one did. I called again and was told a branch manager would reach out.. again, no contact. When I called back on Thursday, 12/18, I was told my case had been closed and that a manager had contacted me, which was simply not true. After repeatedly trying to resolve this and receiving no response, I called on Friday, 12/19, to cancel my services. I requested a full refund and was told that even that was not guaranteed, despite the fact that no inspection or exclusion services were ever performed and only bait boxes were placed. This service was arranged for my grandmother’s home while she is currently hospitalized. I was trying to ensure the mouse issue was properly handled before she returned home, and instead I was met with misinformation and a complete lack of accountability. Overall, this experience was frustrating and deeply disappointing. I expected professionalism and clear communication, and unfortunately received neither.”

Horrible Service - Terminix Armonk

I was a customer for three years and recently canceled my service contract with Terminix. This location covers the Bronx, NY, and Westchester County. However, Bronx residents’ homes often receive poor service. The team is unreliable and cannot handle more complex pest control needs. They prefer the basic spray-and-go service. When asked to assist with issues like removing hornets, they are limited in what they can do and often respond negatively. Additionally, they struggle to retain staff long-term, making it hard to have a technician familiar with your property. Customer service is also lacking, and both the affiliate and Terminix call centers do not communicate effectively, which often makes coordinating services confusing for the customer.

BEST MOSQUITO, YARD PESTS SERVICE IN SOUTH CAROLINA. ANDREA PRATER IS THE BEST. SHE IS A JOY TO DEAL WITH AND CAN CONSTRUCT A PLAN THAT IS AFFORDABLE AND THOROUGH. THESE DARN CACADI’S ARE DRIVING US CRAZ Y, MIGHT NOT KILL THEM BUT SLOWS THEM DOWN. WE HAD

A TYPE OF WASP THAT DOES NOT STING, BUT WAS KILLING OUR TREES. THEY LAY EGGS, LITTLE WORMS HATCH OUT BY THE THOUSANDS AND THEN

THE TREE DIES FROM THE LARVAE. THEY ELIMINATED THEM LAST YEAR AND JUST SIGNED UP FOR THE SUMMER AGAIN. FEELS GREAT TO SIT ON THE DECK AND NOT BE EATEN BY WORMS AND MOSQUITO’S. SUC H A GOOD C OMPANY AND NO CONTRACTS UNLESS YOU WANT ONE. GREAT PEOPLE

We have thoroughly pleased with the service Tyler has given us over the summer. I love to spend most of my time outdoors from spring through fall. I felt comfortable stay out in the evenings and after dark know that my outdoor areas were free of mosquitoes! I also like that fact that if Im not home when he comes to service, I know exactly what he did and how things are looking.

Two techs were here today. Great job and they were careful to treat toward our property only, so none to little was over-sprayed into the neighboring property.

The poor guys were approached by our neighbor anyway.
