“About a year ago, reached out regarding issue with bats. They came out and charged me $3500 for them to inspect, put on mushroom caps on some vents on my house, and put a bat shoot where they thought bats were coming in to evict. Well. They never got rid of them! Still hear them hanging out right now. In the same area/spots they were supposed to fix! Had to follow up constantly (radio silence on progress, and when they’d seal everything up), and they never checked to verify bats were actually gone or accessing somewhere else (cleaned up my attic from my tenants stay…but before they were gone? What’s the point of that?) I could have done what they did for $100, instead of out $3.5K with bats still. At one point, I had sent a picture of the bats that were still accessing the wall/attic after they removed the bat door/shoot. (see attached). Tech comes back, shrugs and says he sees nothing? After going in my attic? Show him the pic. Tries to sell me insulation, lol. So what’s the next step? Because first few tries didn’t work. Then I call and complain, original inspector calls back intimidates me about calling corporate, even though I was promised he/techs I’ve been dealing with would be replaced. Well, same techs came out. I was told should be easy as they leave at night, shouldn’t take months to evict. Though, me being realist I understood it may take a bit, but no one gave a flip about it once you had my money. I would be more understanding if there was some actual investigation and pest control done! They started in November/December, the final sealing up with siding wasn’t done until May??… while I wasn’t home. We’ve tried to reach out with no return call for months. I will reach out to the BB if I don’t hear back. I will never recommend Terminix to anyone.”
