“The reason why I’m giving these guys a bad review is because of their customer service as well as their fake promises and the breach of contract they end up putting the bait stations around my home and I end up having some termites in my home that was eaten up my wood floor They came over and did a floor test said it’s because I had a little water damage moisture in my floor and by my front door, I told them that it wasn’t like that when I left and I came back from out of town then they proceeded after I had a video termites inside of my home then they then they say That my the reason why I end up having termites because I had water and I told them that there’s they trying to make every excuse in the book not to write up a claim for termites to replace my floor. I believe that termite Terminix is not a good company. I believe they’re not trusted. I believe they’re only in for the money I paid $1000 to put down Terminix bait stations then they gonna try to charge me. That’s what that which is their words to charge me to put the trench around my home and after in the insurance policy supposed to said that hey if you have no questions, ask if you’re not having termites or something like that, you know we’re gonna take care of it and then try to offer me a pest control on top of that And you know I just don’t believe that they’re the best company at all. I really believe that they owe it to the Memphis area in every Terminix company. I’m highly upset and disrespected in my own home. The CEO and the CFO should be the same of the shelves as human beings for this type of company.”

“So far No Good. 3 visits still have a problem in Baltimore. After 4 months the rodents came back to my wall. My house is 120 years old. The first technician was fine. The last two, not so much. If I have to hear I didn’t observe any activity again I’ll pull my hair out. Scheduling is disorganized. A tech showed up and the supervisor hadn’t called me to confirm the follow up. We have been on a 2000 dollar rodent control plan with a year guarantee for 5 months and no resolution. The techs need more training! Supervisors need to follow up and not ignore calls! This is a nightmare experience. As of 8.12.25, we have not heard back from management regarding our rodent issues!”

I was a customer for three years and recently canceled my service contract with Terminix. This location covers the Bronx, NY, and Westchester County. However, Bronx residents’ homes often receive poor service. The team is unreliable and cannot handle more complex pest control needs. They prefer the basic spray-and-go service. When asked to assist with issues like removing hornets, they are limited in what they can do and often respond negatively. Additionally, they struggle to retain staff long-term, making it hard to have a technician familiar with your property. Customer service is also lacking, and both the affiliate and Terminix call centers do not communicate effectively, which often makes coordinating services confusing for the customer.

BEST MOSQUITO, YARD PESTS SERVICE IN SOUTH CAROLINA. ANDREA PRATER IS THE BEST. SHE IS A JOY TO DEAL WITH AND CAN CONSTRUCT A PLAN THAT IS AFFORDABLE AND THOROUGH. THESE DARN CACADI’S ARE DRIVING US CRAZ Y, MIGHT NOT KILL THEM BUT SLOWS THEM DOWN. WE HAD

A TYPE OF WASP THAT DOES NOT STING, BUT WAS KILLING OUR TREES. THEY LAY EGGS, LITTLE WORMS HATCH OUT BY THE THOUSANDS AND THEN

THE TREE DIES FROM THE LARVAE. THEY ELIMINATED THEM LAST YEAR AND JUST SIGNED UP FOR THE SUMMER AGAIN. FEELS GREAT TO SIT ON THE DECK AND NOT BE EATEN BY WORMS AND MOSQUITO’S. SUC H A GOOD C OMPANY AND NO CONTRACTS UNLESS YOU WANT ONE. GREAT PEOPLE

We have thoroughly pleased with the service Tyler has given us over the summer. I love to spend most of my time outdoors from spring through fall. I felt comfortable stay out in the evenings and after dark know that my outdoor areas were free of mosquitoes! I also like that fact that if Im not home when he comes to service, I know exactly what he did and how things are looking.

Two techs were here today. Great job and they were careful to treat toward our property only, so none to little was over-sprayed into the neighboring property.

The poor guys were approached by our neighbor anyway.
