“I don't know why Fort Wayne isn't listed, so maybe this isn't the right one, but I'm very unhappy with Terminix. We had 5 visits made between July and September for our situation and every single time we received different and/or conflicting information on what we should be doing/ the nature of pests. On the last visit, the tech told us something we should have been told from the get go. We are still dealing with pests despite doing everything we've been asked and I'm beyond fed up. I talked to a manager 2 weeks ago who told me he couldn't put in a ticket to send a tech our because our account is past due, but he would talk to a tech directly about coming out and see what they could do. I never received a call and followed up but still nothing. Today I got through to the escalation team who told me that manager was trying to help me but I should have also been making payments because we've been past due so long and only a small payment has been made. Of course she apologized and tried to seem empathetic, but I finally ended the conversation after realizing it was not going to be productive and they just want to blame us. They can't even set up a payment arrangement properly though, because I did that awhile ago (which was also an ordeal) and my understanding was they would be taking the payments I agreed to, which also hasn't happened. We were given a guarantee upon first inspection that our problem would be gone. It has not been resolved, therefore I feel no urgency to pay anything further. I do however urge anyone considering Terminix to look elsewhere.”

“The service was absolutely NOT professional and the communication was even worse! I paid $1,800 for the service. The inspection did not find everything including a major issue behind the dishwasher leading to under the kitchen sink. There were numerous calls back and forth and ridiculous wait times waiting for a response much less someone to “complete” any service. When someone showed up (2 people) one later fired and one who quit… they simply shoved some steel wool up the downspouts as a solution. The rodents simply pulled the steel wool out and left it in the yard. No guards were put on the end of the spouts. They did NOT show up for the follow-up inspection either. After 2 months we are back playing phone tag, 4 promises of another visit and 4 promised visits missed. The Manager and Technician allegedly decided that today, Sunday, would be the day between 8-10 am. Of course, no one showed up yet again much less on time with absolutely no communication that anyone was “running late.” I am calling and texting yet again and the mailbox is full. I just got a text after having to call the Manager and ask where is the tech this time? Just received a text from the tech that he will be here now around 11 am. Of ALL the missed appointments and unkept promises absolutely no one called to let us know not even once that they were not showing up on all the missed visits. Unless you enjoy this type of nonsense and total unprofessionalism, absolutely do not “take the bait.” Run Forrest Run…….. certainly we were simply forgotten today.”

“Hired termini to do an exclusion at my house in Huntington. They were to put cap on a vent and on our chimney and seal off any openings. They came and sealed the house and put a cap on the vent but said they didn't have the chimney cap and they had it on order. 2 weeks later we got a message saying we needed to make payment. Told them I'll gladly pay half but im not paying in full until the job is completed (bill is $2500). A week later we got another message saying our bill is going to collection since we haven't paid even though they haven't finished the job. Another week later we got a call saying payment is needed and they were told the job isn't finished and they won't get another penny until it's done. I got a call last week saying they would be out Friday to install the cap. Friday comes and got a call saying they can't come out and will come out this Wednesday. Wednesday comes and nobody shows so call and they tell me they are coming Thursday morning. We'll today us Thursday and we get a call saying we are pushed back until the afternoon.... how do you expect people to trust you when you don't finish a job but demand payment and then when we push back you send it to collections and drag your feet finishing the job. Super disappointed with your customer care.”

Horrible Service - Terminix Armonk

I was a customer for three years and recently canceled my service contract with Terminix. This location covers the Bronx, NY, and Westchester County. However, Bronx residents’ homes often receive poor service. The team is unreliable and cannot handle more complex pest control needs. They prefer the basic spray-and-go service. When asked to assist with issues like removing hornets, they are limited in what they can do and often respond negatively. Additionally, they struggle to retain staff long-term, making it hard to have a technician familiar with your property. Customer service is also lacking, and both the affiliate and Terminix call centers do not communicate effectively, which often makes coordinating services confusing for the customer.

BEST MOSQUITO, YARD PESTS SERVICE IN SOUTH CAROLINA. ANDREA PRATER IS THE BEST. SHE IS A JOY TO DEAL WITH AND CAN CONSTRUCT A PLAN THAT IS AFFORDABLE AND THOROUGH. THESE DARN CACADI’S ARE DRIVING US CRAZ Y, MIGHT NOT KILL THEM BUT SLOWS THEM DOWN. WE HAD

A TYPE OF WASP THAT DOES NOT STING, BUT WAS KILLING OUR TREES. THEY LAY EGGS, LITTLE WORMS HATCH OUT BY THE THOUSANDS AND THEN

THE TREE DIES FROM THE LARVAE. THEY ELIMINATED THEM LAST YEAR AND JUST SIGNED UP FOR THE SUMMER AGAIN. FEELS GREAT TO SIT ON THE DECK AND NOT BE EATEN BY WORMS AND MOSQUITO’S. SUC H A GOOD C OMPANY AND NO CONTRACTS UNLESS YOU WANT ONE. GREAT PEOPLE

AND THE GENTLEMAN THAT SPRAYED WAS SO NICE. MAKES A DIFFERENCE! WE ARE ELDERLY, BUT STILL LIKE UNDERSTANDING OF OUR CONCERNS

We have thoroughly pleased with the service Tyler has given us over the summer. I love to spend most of my time outdoors from spring through fall. I felt comfortable stay out in the evenings and after dark know that my outdoor areas were free of mosquitoes! I also like that fact that if Im not home when he comes to service, I know exactly what he did and how things are looking.

Two techs were here today. Great job and they were careful to treat toward our property only, so none to little was over-sprayed into the neighboring property.

The poor guys were approached by our neighbor anyway.
