“HORRIBLE SERVICE!! This is the worst company to do business with!! On May 7, 2026, I contacted Terminix to obtain a quote for rodent/mice control, sealing potential entry points at a residential property. I never represented myself as the property owner or financially responsible party. 5/9/26, Service Advisor Robert inspected the property, explained the recommended services and pricing, and presented a treatment plan. The homeowners signed the contract and paid $1,005.44. Terminix created the account using my name, phone number, and email and the homeowners’ address. The homeowner signed the agreement in her name. On 5/14/26 Technician Albert performed only part of the initial treatment and stated he would return within two weeks due to lack of supplies. He never returned, Homeowner’s card was charged $234.56. I contacted Terminix regarding the incomplete work and scheduling issues. On May 30, I was told a representative would contact me within 48 hours, no confirmation was received. On June 5, I was informed conflicting information about an appointment, and no technician arrived. Albert stated he was double booked and could not provide service. A rescheduled and unconfirmed appointment for June 10 resulted in Technician Jerome arriving, taking photos, and leaving after eight minutes. I was billed approximately $700. Terminix later stated the appointment was canceled because there was no documentation or written treatment plan available. Technician Tyrell performed treatments on June 24&27 he applied repellent and traps. He explained he was not authorized to seal or repair rodent entry points. I informed Terminix that I was not the homeowner, did not live at the property, was not responsible for payment, and that the payment method belonged to the homeowner. I requested a full refund due to repeated missed appointments, incomplete services, poor communication, improper billing, and failure to complete the treatment plan. Multiple complaints were submitted, and I was promised follow up from management, no Manager contacted me.”
