“Called twice to have someone come do a termite inspection at our home, and also see about getting a quote to have regular spraying done. The first call I was told originally 24 hours for a call back then 2 hours and he was sending everything for the inspection to be done the next day. To set up to have a quote done I needed to go online and create an account. I tried to do that and because I was not an existing customer I was not able to set an account up. Ok fine… I never got a phone call about scheduling the inspection. Call back the next day and I’m told I was told incorrect information and it will be 24-48 hours before someone would call me to schedule the inspection, but he could schedule the quote. Ended up somehow being transferred to customer service instead once he looked at everything more and never got the quote scheduled. Customer service tells me they sent an email to the branch manager and they should be reaching out within 24-48 hours. As this second call was on a Saturday, I have waited until Wednesday to write this and still no call to be scheduled. Ended up calling another company and they have already gotten everything scheduled and ready to go.”

“We contacted Terminix due to an on-going squirrel issue & we were pleased with their prompt response; we had an inspection and a quote within one week of our first call. The following days is when cracks in the professional & prompt response veneer began to appear. A trap was set on our home's gable vent by a two person team - subcontractors. One of them used our disabled dog ramp as a quick way up onto our porch and bent the ramp repair or salvage. We we're told the trap's removal and other quoted repairs would take place within the next few days. Well, three weeks passed and we heard nothing. My husband called our representative - the one who did the inspection and gave us the quote. His call was not returned. I called & left a message. No call was returned. My husband called the 1-800 number and was told someone would contact us in the next day or two. No call was returned. The following week, I called our representative and finally got to speak with him, informing him that "norhing" had yet been done other than placing the trap but the full payment for the quoted repairs had been taken from our account. He assured me that he would find out exactly what was going on and call me or my husband back right away. He never called us back, the subcontractor did, informing us that he would be by that Saturday morning to do the repairs. The repairs have been done and we're pleased with the work, but the lack of follow-through when it comes to customer service has left us disappointed and reluctant to recommend Terminix to our neighbors and friends.”
