We were told $1500 for a small amount of bugs very small, this was an early case that was containable we were sold the bed bug service which means they would come out 6 times until march of 2022 they said we wouldn’t need 6 that they guarantee they will be gone in 4 well here we are at 2 visits and have found another bug we also paid $200 for extended service for the outside which they haven't sprayed once you will have to call and set up every single appointment they do not do anything themselves on top of it we are told they can come for lets say 25, or 50 minutes its different every time apparently but they only spray for that amount of time we were told whatever they do not finish in that time we would have to call and set up another appointment ( only 6 appointments available keep in mind ) we were told by the customer service they may or may not be able to spray the whole house ( after $1500 you cant spray my whole house? ) PLEASE IF YOU READ ANYTHING READ THIS THEY ONLY SPRAY ALL THE GOOD CHEMICALS ONCE!!! THEN SPRAY THE BEDS AND COUCHES ( or whatever they get done in 25 minutes ) after that treatment i have screenshots ill post as well, i had an appointment 01/10 and they were supposed to send the regular bed bug guy but the roach guy texted me saying he would be here instead my guy has a funeral i was told he isnt as experienced and they cant spray everything they sprayed in the beginning that they under sold the job and it happens i just want people to be aware if you have a bad case do not go to this company!”

“Contacted Terminix to treat a friends home for roaches as a Christmas gift. Made clear up front that we needed a house trailer treated along with a pull-behind camper that was attached to the trailer. Was quoted $200 to treat the trailer and the pull behind, which I felt was a reasonable price. When the tech showed up he refused to treat the pull behind because he said it was not on the work order, said it would be an additional $120. Have tried for 2 days to get in contact with someone to no avail to try to get something done with the pull behind, and we keep being given the run around. Will definitely go with a different company in the future.”
