The technician, James Flood, came to our house and did a thorough inspection and did a fantastic job tracking down and blocking all potential entry points into the house. He has come by over multiple weeks to remediate the issue, and every single time he has come to the house, he has demonstrated great professionalism, pride in his work, and is generally a very nice and pleasant person. The quality of his work and interaction speak well to the caliber of people at Terminix and has lead me to recommend their services when neighbors ask.”

“I had a flea infestation and it was BAD. Spreading from my cats while they multiplied. I knew I needed a professional service at this rate. I made my apt on Sunday for the following Monday. I received a call at 9/10 AM stating that the employee on my route had called out. This was frustrating because I had already arranged plans for my job and my cats to be out of the house. I was then told that they would work hard for someone to still be able to come out that day. I did not actually believe they would...but they did! The gentleman on the phone stated another route driver was coming out and he came at about 12 PM and treated my home. I was very thankful they were flexible in being able to come to my home still. “I have an exclusion contract. They never call to set up an appointment that works before randomly showing up at my house. They text when they are 5 minutes away, but I am at work. They need to come into the attic to do the inspection. It’s impossible to reach anyone at the local office. The calls forward to the 24 hour line where they put notes in your profile that nobody reads. I have called the 800 number many many times to straighten it out yet they did it AGAIN today.”
