“1 star is too high of a rating, but Google doesn't let you give 0 stars. If you are even considering doing business with Terminix, don't! I have been calling Terminix every day for a month now to cancel a contract that I didn't even sign. They are charging me monthly fees for a termite service when all I wanted was to have a squirrel removed from my wall. The tech also duct taped a trap to my wall to "keep the squirrel out." The squirrel has since ripped it down and is keeping my kids up at night by running through the walls of my home. They charged me $3,000 for this. They are also charging me $112 a month for termite removal... I don't have termites. I have been told that the manager, Brett Elfstrom, will be calling me to fix this. He has not done so. This company is a complete and total scam. I will be pursuing this with my lawyer because this is completely unacceptable.”

“We had this company come for bed bugs. We were quoted a price for three bedrooms, a living room, and a finished basement space. Only half the living room was treated and the basement wasn't even looked at by the person treating (they document what they check/ treat and it was not listed). After weeks of trying to get in touch with someone other than the call center, I disputed part of the charge on my credit card. Then weeks later someone from the office finally returned my call once the charge dispute when through. Months after I got a bill for the disputed amount, which led to weeks of arguing over the price due to not treating what was agreed upon. They then said they were going to send it to collections. Horrible company to work with. Would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.”

“Fred Celeste originally came to my home for a follow-up inspection after I called to check on an attic insulation job that was taking much longer than expected. The attic space was only about 900 square feet, so I was surprised that the project had dragged on for more than three days. When Fred first arrived, he was professional, informative, and seemed knowledgeable about the process. I appreciated his clear explanations and expected that his presence would help ensure the job was completed properly. However, as the visit went on, my impression of him changed. After his initial walkthrough, Fred went outside to speak with the crew working on my property. One of the employees—a young man who had been doing the attic work—was chatting casually during lunch about normal topics like home life. Fred repeatedly told this employee to quiet down, saying he needed to be “quieter than the traffic.” It became uncomfortable to listen to, as the young worker wasn’t being disrespectful or disruptive—just talking a bit loudly outdoors. This same employee, who I later learned was the youngest and least experienced on the crew, had actually done an incredible job in my attic. While others refused to go up due to the tight space, he handled it carefully and efficiently. Watching Fred reprimand him so harshly for something as small as speaking a little too loud raised serious concerns for me. It made me wonder what Fred was trying to control or hide, especially when the worker seemed to be the only one doing his job correctly and with effort.”

Horrible Service - Terminix Armonk

I was a customer for three years and recently canceled my service contract with Terminix. This location covers the Bronx, NY, and Westchester County. However, Bronx residents’ homes often receive poor service. The team is unreliable and cannot handle more complex pest control needs. They prefer the basic spray-and-go service. When asked to assist with issues like removing hornets, they are limited in what they can do and often respond negatively. Additionally, they struggle to retain staff long-term, making it hard to have a technician familiar with your property. Customer service is also lacking, and both the affiliate and Terminix call centers do not communicate effectively, which often makes coordinating services confusing for the customer.

BEST MOSQUITO, YARD PESTS SERVICE IN SOUTH CAROLINA. ANDREA PRATER IS THE BEST. SHE IS A JOY TO DEAL WITH AND CAN CONSTRUCT A PLAN THAT IS AFFORDABLE AND THOROUGH. THESE DARN CACADI’S ARE DRIVING US CRAZ Y, MIGHT NOT KILL THEM BUT SLOWS THEM DOWN. WE HAD

A TYPE OF WASP THAT DOES NOT STING, BUT WAS KILLING OUR TREES. THEY LAY EGGS, LITTLE WORMS HATCH OUT BY THE THOUSANDS AND THEN

THE TREE DIES FROM THE LARVAE. THEY ELIMINATED THEM LAST YEAR AND JUST SIGNED UP FOR THE SUMMER AGAIN. FEELS GREAT TO SIT ON THE DECK AND NOT BE EATEN BY WORMS AND MOSQUITO’S. SUC H A GOOD C OMPANY AND NO CONTRACTS UNLESS YOU WANT ONE. GREAT PEOPLE

We have thoroughly pleased with the service Tyler has given us over the summer. I love to spend most of my time outdoors from spring through fall. I felt comfortable stay out in the evenings and after dark know that my outdoor areas were free of mosquitoes! I also like that fact that if Im not home when he comes to service, I know exactly what he did and how things are looking.

Two techs were here today. Great job and they were careful to treat toward our property only, so none to little was over-sprayed into the neighboring property.

The poor guys were approached by our neighbor anyway.
