“Both Troy and Lee were super knowledgeable and thorough in their inspection and explanation. They were friendly and answered all of our questions. My grandparents absolutely did not want anyone coming into their house but they were patient with my grandparents and made them feel comfortable. Great customer service!! As a bonus they made a change to their schedule just a little to make it work for my grandparents and to get out ASAP. They Gave updates on arrival and Showed up on time. I would 100% recommend them.”

“Overall a disappointing experience- last year we had some mice in the house and Terminix's inspector came out and was great. This year another pest issue popped up and I have been no-showed on two inspection appointments. The first one the inspector called me 4 hours ahead of my appointment window and asked if I could meet then, I said I couldn't but I would still be able to meet during the scheduled window. Once the appointment window came around, I did not hear from him again. I followed up with Customer Service to reschedule and they took my preferred appointment time and said I would hear back in 24 hours about my rescheduled appointment. I waited 2 days with no callback from Customer Service before I called back to make sure I was rescheduled. The rep confirmed my rescheduled appointment date/time. I have now been no-showed on my rescheduled appointment today, the inspector never reached out during the window as well. I will be looking for another company at this point because of the lack of promptness from the inspectors for appointments.”

I was a customer for three years and recently canceled my service contract with Terminix. This location covers the Bronx, NY, and Westchester County. However, Bronx residents’ homes often receive poor service. The team is unreliable and cannot handle more complex pest control needs. They prefer the basic spray-and-go service. When asked to assist with issues like removing hornets, they are limited in what they can do and often respond negatively. Additionally, they struggle to retain staff long-term, making it hard to have a technician familiar with your property. Customer service is also lacking, and both the affiliate and Terminix call centers do not communicate effectively, which often makes coordinating services confusing for the customer.

BEST MOSQUITO, YARD PESTS SERVICE IN SOUTH CAROLINA. ANDREA PRATER IS THE BEST. SHE IS A JOY TO DEAL WITH AND CAN CONSTRUCT A PLAN THAT IS AFFORDABLE AND THOROUGH. THESE DARN CACADI’S ARE DRIVING US CRAZ Y, MIGHT NOT KILL THEM BUT SLOWS THEM DOWN. WE HAD

A TYPE OF WASP THAT DOES NOT STING, BUT WAS KILLING OUR TREES. THEY LAY EGGS, LITTLE WORMS HATCH OUT BY THE THOUSANDS AND THEN

THE TREE DIES FROM THE LARVAE. THEY ELIMINATED THEM LAST YEAR AND JUST SIGNED UP FOR THE SUMMER AGAIN. FEELS GREAT TO SIT ON THE DECK AND NOT BE EATEN BY WORMS AND MOSQUITO’S. SUC H A GOOD C OMPANY AND NO CONTRACTS UNLESS YOU WANT ONE. GREAT PEOPLE

We have thoroughly pleased with the service Tyler has given us over the summer. I love to spend most of my time outdoors from spring through fall. I felt comfortable stay out in the evenings and after dark know that my outdoor areas were free of mosquitoes! I also like that fact that if Im not home when he comes to service, I know exactly what he did and how things are looking.

Two techs were here today. Great job and they were careful to treat toward our property only, so none to little was over-sprayed into the neighboring property.

The poor guys were approached by our neighbor anyway.

So sorry to them! They were very careful. I was

out when they began and saw their care for the details.
