“I had to come on and update my review because we were contacted by the technician who had serviced our property before and took the time to make a site map for us. His name is Steve and he went out of his way to apologize on behalf of Terminex and provided wonderful communication prior to our appointment, he showed up on time, and spent a couple hours making sure the bait stations were filled and properly in the ground. They need to promote him in my opinion! He's so progressional and sincerely the only reason I want to even deal with this company! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! We are truly disappointed and fed up with trying to deal with this company. We paid them thousands to do the initial treatment and continue to pay over 3000 annually as a "maintenance" fee to keep the bait stations filled up. After doing some landscaping we found that the majority of the bait stations were corroded and completely empty. We called to voice our concern over this issue a month ago. We set up one appointment, took a half of day off work, and they never showed up. I called to complain and they apologized and scheduled a second appointment, which I called to confirm the morning of, and they never showed up for that one either. Then I got our annual fee bill in the mail and they raised it 160 without any explanation as to why. When I called to ask why that was going up, (because we were told that we had a set annual fee for the length of our service) they said there was an increase in the cost of the product that they put in the bait stations! What a joke????.. they have not even been putting ANY product in our bait stations, which was only discovered when they had to be taken up for the new landscaping we had done!.. I'm so furious and feel like we're being completely scammed by Terminex!.. we so wish we would have called Hewlett!.. as a final kick in the pants, I contacted the regional office to tell them this and they said they would escalate a service call but that was three days ago and they have still not contacted us about coming out to fill out bait stations!.. I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on them for deceptive practices!.. horrible company!!”

I was a customer for three years and recently canceled my service contract with Terminix. This location covers the Bronx, NY, and Westchester County. However, Bronx residents’ homes often receive poor service. The team is unreliable and cannot handle more complex pest control needs. They prefer the basic spray-and-go service. When asked to assist with issues like removing hornets, they are limited in what they can do and often respond negatively. Additionally, they struggle to retain staff long-term, making it hard to have a technician familiar with your property. Customer service is also lacking, and both the affiliate and Terminix call centers do not communicate effectively, which often makes coordinating services confusing for the customer.

BEST MOSQUITO, YARD PESTS SERVICE IN SOUTH CAROLINA. ANDREA PRATER IS THE BEST. SHE IS A JOY TO DEAL WITH AND CAN CONSTRUCT A PLAN THAT IS AFFORDABLE AND THOROUGH. THESE DARN CACADI’S ARE DRIVING US CRAZ Y, MIGHT NOT KILL THEM BUT SLOWS THEM DOWN. WE HAD

A TYPE OF WASP THAT DOES NOT STING, BUT WAS KILLING OUR TREES. THEY LAY EGGS, LITTLE WORMS HATCH OUT BY THE THOUSANDS AND THEN

THE TREE DIES FROM THE LARVAE. THEY ELIMINATED THEM LAST YEAR AND JUST SIGNED UP FOR THE SUMMER AGAIN. FEELS GREAT TO SIT ON THE DECK AND NOT BE EATEN BY WORMS AND MOSQUITO’S. SUC H A GOOD C OMPANY AND NO CONTRACTS UNLESS YOU WANT ONE. GREAT PEOPLE

We have thoroughly pleased with the service Tyler has given us over the summer. I love to spend most of my time outdoors from spring through fall. I felt comfortable stay out in the evenings and after dark know that my outdoor areas were free of mosquitoes! I also like that fact that if Im not home when he comes to service, I know exactly what he did and how things are looking.

Two techs were here today. Great job and they were careful to treat toward our property only, so none to little was over-sprayed into the neighboring property.

The poor guys were approached by our neighbor anyway.

So sorry to them! They were very careful. I was
