He spent well over an hour performing one of the most thorough inspections I've ever experienced. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and generous with his time. Instead of rushing through the appointment, he carefully explained what he was seeing, answered every question I had, and educated me on multiple pest-related issues without ever making me feel rushed. The biggest surprise was his expertise. I was convinced I had a bed bug problem, but after a meticulous inspection of every bedroom and bed, he confidently identified the insects as **bat bugs**—a completely different pest that requires a different approach. That knowledge alone saved me from a tremendous amount of unnecessary stress and helped me understand what was actually happening. What impressed me most was his honesty and integrity. At no point did I feel pressured or subjected to a sales pitch. His focus was on giving me accurate information and helping me make the right decision for my home, not on selling services.
