“well, When I first called, the gentleman seemed professional and nice and scheduled me for an appointment between three and 430 with Mike. It is now 5:45pm And I have not heard anything from him, so I called the company in the lady told me to hold not telling me what she was going to do, but she transferred me to Mike’s phone. He did not answer. I left a message. And I called the business back, told him what happened she again just transferred me to some other lady and I told that lady what was going on she didn’t answer me. She told me to hold and transferred me to someone else that wasn’t another state. And she told me all she could do was reschedule and mind you. I told them we were gonna be out of town tomorrow so we needed it today. I waited for these people and they no showed and now I’m going out of town tomorrow without knowing what’s going on.. Very unprofessional, I would not do business with these people! Why would I want to reschedule when your service awful before you even start?”

“I have never left a bad review because I feel like it’s a waste of my time but I feel the need to warn others that if you request a quote that they will literally harass you. The first day after I received 4 phone calls and 3 voice mails. The second day same thing as well as the third. So I decided to block them because it was ridiculous. They then started calling from a new number!! Absolutely ridiculous. If you want to be harassed into signing up then by all means go for it. I personally do not.”

“Honestly this company doesn't even deserve one star! They are awful! I had them come out spray my yard cause we had a ton of spiders and then they guy came out and did a half ass job. Then I called and stated we was still having issues with spiders and they kept saying okay we will have someone call you to respray and they never called and then I called again to cancel and get a refund and they said they can't refund cause I didn't report it! Which I did and have phone call proof. Do not ever go through them! I'm still trying to get a refund and contact them but the managers never call back.”

BEST MOSQUITO, YARD PESTS SERVICE IN SOUTH CAROLINA. ANDREA PRATER IS THE BEST. SHE IS A JOY TO DEAL WITH AND CAN CONSTRUCT A PLAN THAT IS AFFORDABLE AND THOROUGH. THESE DARN CACADI’S ARE DRIVING US CRAZ Y, MIGHT NOT KILL THEM BUT SLOWS THEM DOWN. WE HAD

A TYPE OF WASP THAT DOES NOT STING, BUT WAS KILLING OUR TREES. THEY LAY EGGS, LITTLE WORMS HATCH OUT BY THE THOUSANDS AND THEN

THE TREE DIES FROM THE LARVAE. THEY ELIMINATED THEM LAST YEAR AND JUST SIGNED UP FOR THE SUMMER AGAIN. FEELS GREAT TO SIT ON THE DECK AND NOT BE EATEN BY WORMS AND MOSQUITO’S. SUC H A GOOD C OMPANY AND NO CONTRACTS UNLESS YOU WANT ONE. GREAT PEOPLE

We have thoroughly pleased with the service Tyler has given us over the summer. I love to spend most of my time outdoors from spring through fall. I felt comfortable stay out in the evenings and after dark know that my outdoor areas were free of mosquitoes! I also like that fact that if Im not home when he comes to service, I know exactly what he did and how things are looking.

Two techs were here today. Great job and they were careful to treat toward our property only, so none to little was over-sprayed into the neighboring property.

The poor guys were approached by our neighbor anyway.

So sorry to them! They were very careful. I was

out when they began and saw their care for the details.

They don’t really show up or actually do anything

We are typically no on the property they are suppose to be treating. We do have security cameras to keep and eye on things when we are not there. They send an. Email saying they are coming to treat the property and then never show up or stay in the truck once they confirm no one is at home. They then send a follow up email saying they have completed the job. I would never do business with this company ever. They can not be trusted to do their job. We have used them for several years but this year they have failed miserably and do not respond to our concerns.
