“I have been using Terminix for several years. They have been fantastic about coming out whenever I need them, as well as checking in regularly to spray and check on my termite bait stations. However, this year I recieved such fantastic service at my annual bait station check up that I needed to post a review. I had Shane Reeves come out for the check up, and he was incredible. He went the extra mile to check every single bait station throughly, and I have a large property. He came out for the scheduled 2 hours, but was unable to get to all of the bait stations. So he let me know that he would come out again the next week, which he attempted to do until flash flood prevented him. Instead he came back out again the week after and completed the work. In all, he also installed 15 new Sentricon bait stations as well as the manual inspection and electronic check to verify no live termites. He made it easy for me, as i was not only working from home, but also dealing with 3 kiddos home for summer. He kept in contact when he was coming, arrived, and was complete. I would highly recommend this service, Shane did an incredible job.”

He talked with us asking about what problems. Also gave us some insight on what we could do to continue to reduce pest activity even more. He explained everything he was doing what he was spraying. His customer service was AMAZING!!!!”
