“I don’t often leave reviews but this was a bizarre experience. I call and book an appointment with a super friendly woman. I called and was able to get in on a 10-2 time frame for Wednesday. The next day, I get a call from a man who was trying to book my appointment. I stated I had an appointment but it sounded like maybe the appointment wasn’t for someone to come out? Still didn’t make sense as the follow up call was on Tuesday. I asked if the original time frame for Wednesday was still available as I took off of work and coordinated with a roommate this time frame. I get an apologetic call at 1:45, literally 15 minutes before the deadline of them being at my house that they need to reschedule for a different day. I understand things run late but why not contact me earlier? I wouldn’t have been upset if I was told at even 1pm. I waited around all day and they want me to take another day off beyond what will need to be taken off in the future to address the problem? The whole thing felt unprofessional and I decided to go with a different company.”

“Two days in a row there was a no call, no show cancellation. The first day they removed us from their schedule because they were “too far away on another job.” The only reason I found that out was because I called the manager, Anthony, and he informed me that was the case but he would be out the very next day less than 24 hours later. Next day comes and still a no call no show. When we called to see what happened (again) they said he cancelled without notifying us because “the customer did not confirm the appointment.” This was simply not true because less than 24 hours before I spoke with him for the sole purpose of confirming the appointment. We have been trying to reach out to a branch manager to let them know the employee was lying about why he cancelled and have had no success contacting them. This company is bordering on a scam.”

“They are a scam. They take your credit card number and then they don't show up. When you call they play dumb and say they don't have any record of your appointment and then tell you to wait to hear from the manager, who never calls. Update called orkin they git here same day for a better monthly rate and much more friendlier.”
