“Simply put, my experience with Terminix has been the worst! I was their customer last year. Their technician David would come and partially treat outside and if I asked for any treatment inside the house, his answer was we don’t have anything safe for indoors. One time I called for mice and closet moths . David showed up at the door asking me what I needed. It was obvious he had not read the comments from my call or prepared to render services needed. And that’s not all: David said let me check if I have anything for mice in my truck; and he found some baits for that. For the closet moths, he didn’t have anything but promised he will drop them off the following week when he was in the area. He never did. I called to fallow up, he said he will drop them off next day which again never happened. I called the customer service to complain and ask for refund but I was told they don’t refund customers. I asked to speak to the supervisor, I was told they don’t have a supervisor. They canceled my account for last year. This year my son suggested I call again and ask for a different technician. I called and although I was told that a different technician will show up, unannounced Michale Sullivan showed up with another technician. They “ inspected” the house, I signed the contract and they put on hold $299.00. I explained to Michale what happened with David and said I am asking for a better technician. To my surprise, Michale schedules David again for the next day to render the first treatment. I called the company again and was told to tell David no to complete the services that day and they said they will send Oliver, a different technician on the 26th of June. I waited home with my husband for Oliver to show up on the 26th but he didn’t show up. Again, no follow up from the company or any call from them. I had a missed call from someone who left a rude voicemail saying among other things, “…. Call back to put an end to this once and for all..” implying it was our fault for the crazy ordeal they were putting us through. I followed up today and called the company to find out what happened to learn that they had canceled the services without any explanation. The irony is that I received an email this afternoon inviting me to go back with them. What a nightmare they are. I do not recommend this company! They are disorganized, arrogant, disrespectful, and not honest!”

“I have had Terminix since the time I bought this house and Trevor has been servicing the contract for most of that time. This is much better than a different person coming to your home every time and you having to explain the "usual" issues. They are thorough, helpful and economical. The perfect combination.”
